Horrible customer service – Waited over 1 month for parts to come in, only to get the run around! Doubt the parts were even ordered. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Person is very rude – The owner Joe Cicierski is a nut job, he is rude sent me malicous e mails when I didn't agree with him. Save yourself the trouble do not call this man, he does not know how to run a business and is a loose cannon.
Cant beat the Service – We had a scheduled appointment with this company for our $12,000.00 Sub Zero refrig. This company came earlier than expected and found our problem quickly. The unit was under MFG warranty status however, we had no ice due to our house plumbing valve being restricted. Ya, they charged 160.00 for the service, but it was worth paying, as its fixed..Thank You Home Teck!, Great job...
Don't Use These Jerks – had an issue with a 5 month old LG fridge. renting to own from aarons. parts ordered recieved a call for repair i was away. 2nd call i was called piece of garb. because i rented from Aarons. an instead of repairing old i was able get a new unit. This Joe guy is jerk he hung up on me. What a loser
Take Your Business Elsewhere! – Supposed to come 1-5pm for warrantee refrigerator service. Showed up at 845 am, when we had to leave for prior other appointment. Never bothered to notify us of their intended time, despite calls from us. We requested rescheduling, which prompted angry, unprofessional, verbally abusive phone calls from the owner, Joe. He also complained about customers in general, threatened to charge us for the trip, and was basically was full of noxious attitude. His company is obviously disorganized, and has pitifully poor customer service.
Get someone else to do your repairs!
Be Careful Here – The service man from A Home Tech went to my parents house, looked at the dishwasher, said that there was an installation error---1/8 of an inch pushed in too far...he did not fix the problem....instead charged 150 for identifying the issue...never fixed anything and than asked for a check due to people challenging payments on their credit cards (I wonder why)....Be very careful with this company....I would not recommend them.
