Look for the "Old Rizzo's to be the New Rizzo's shortly" – I am sorry to hear all of the negative feedback from the present owners...look for "new owners in the fall" to be returning owners from the past.....all of the good old memories and quality will return and we hope to see you soon....

Not the same – My wife and I were frequent customers of this establishment, however since they have changed ownership the food quality and the service have suffered. The customers have seemed to drop off dramatically. Not sure we will ever return.

DIRTY DINNING – Since Louis Rizzo sold rizzos it has not been the same the first owners were very rude and the second owners keep the place filthy. i would not let my dog eat there and prices are too high for what they give you

Place was extremley dirty – It was obvious when we entered on a Friday night at 7:00 that something was different, there were only about three tables occupied instead of the usual hour wait. The table we were given had sugar caked all over that appeared to have been there for some time. The waitress did her best to clean it up. There was trash on the floor under booths that had been bussed.

We were a party of three, one pasta meal was delivered 10 minutes before the other meals, one a salad and one a club sandwich. The salad and pasta did not have the roll and butter promised on the menu. The menus had many items crossed off with a marker and "no longer available" notation. The club sandwich was made with the ends of a rye loaf much smaller than the meat and tomatoes making it "slippery" to handle.

It is not the same as my last visit and for sure it was my last visit.

Suburban spaghetti place serves the great American pizza. – In Short
Glenside's bi-level spaghetti-and-meatballs joint has been the training ground for hundreds of adolescents who have been serving families and listening to the same oldies radio station since 1946. Folks go for hoagies and hamburgers, eggplant parmigiana and chicken cacciatore. But the smart ones come for the pies. Not the thick-crusted Sicilian variety (which has its merits) but Rizzo's all-American version of the Italian classic--it's the crust that wins over pizza lovers.

Best neighborhood pizzeria ever – My parents started going to Rizzo's in 1948. Today, my 2-year-old daughter loves their pizza too. The place has survived for a good reason -- they keep delivering wonderful family meals, and the pizza that *defines* pizza for generations of Philadelphians.

Only Eat the Pizza – Although I've eaten and enjoyed their pizza, Rizzo's seriously backslides on other entrees. Their penne pasta and sausage had three--that's right--three slices of sausage submerged in a mass of overcooked pasta, overly sweet sauce and exceptionally long pepper slices. Similarly, their eggplant parm was flavorless, except for, again, the incredibly sweet and unappetizing ragu. $23 bucks for that mess? Never again.

Great Pizza & good service – We love going to Rizzo's. The pizza is GREAT - once you eat their pizza you will find yourself CRAVING it. The service is always good - waitresses are very friendly & helpful. The portions are HUGE - we ALWAYS have enough leftovers for another meal.

best pizza in Montgomery County – In contrast to the editorial review, the sauce is the best part of a Rizzo's pie...can't find a better pizza in MontCo. Their food is a staple to all Arcadia students.
