I got Tom from standing in a post office line of all places. I saw his company shirt and asked him if he could sort through my computer mess at home. He came out the next day and did a fantastic job cleaning the junk off of my computer and getting my printer to work again. In passing, I told him how much I was paying Comcast. He actually called them and helped me negotiate a better rate! He only charged for fixing the computer and no extra! Thank you very much!
Very good experience. – I googled them and figured I'd give them a try. I called and human being actually answered. Tom came to my house the next day and patiently listened to me ramble on. He fixed my computer in about two hours and went over each problem I had described to show me it was repaired. He suggested adding some memory and my computer was faster then the day I bought it. Very nice guy and didn't charge me for the extra time he spent explaining things to me. I gave out alot of their business cards. Very honest and they talk "English" with no computer babble.
Really good experience!! – I got the number for these guys from my old neighbor. My Dell Dimension of two years was turning off by itself. I originally called Dell support and they made me restore my computer to the first day I bought it. I reinstalled all my programs, printer drivers and antivirus and the computer did the exact same thing! Four more fruitless calls and about seven hours later to Dell support and they told me I had a bad motherboard or processor and to ship them the machine. I had the IT guy from my wife's work come over and he replaced the ram and video card, it worked for one day and the same thing happened again! I called T&S Computers and they came out the next day. They took the cover off my tower and immediately told me I had a clogged CPU heat sink. They blew out the cat hair & dust with a can of compressed air and vacuumed the inside of the tower. When they turned on my computer I could barely hear it running! The fan was spinning so fast before it sounded like an airplane and it couldn't catch up to cool off the CPU. They did some operating system stuff too and I haven't had a problem since. They even showed me where to vacuum so it won't happen again. They charged me $96.00 for the labor and a can of air. Would have saved me hours with f**cking Dell. Fast service and a decent price. I would use them again in a second.
Very good, super fast and good price!! Thanks guys. – I took my computer to CompUSA for freezing during bootup and they told me I had a bad motherboard. After they charged me for diagnostics and a motherboard ($255.00)it did the same thing. After going back and forth with CompUSA I let the Geek Squad look at it and they said it was probably a defective motherboard and to take it back to CompUSA. I got T&S Computers number from a friend at work and Tom came the same day I called him. He found the problem in less than ten minutes (a bad DVD drive) and replaced the drive. He didn't charge me for coming to my house and it only cost me $68.
