Great service and food! – My girlefriend and I went for dinner at SF Curbside and we had a blast. We were very well served and the food was delicious. Ops, I also have to say that there was plenty of food in our orders. I ate an aged new york style steak and my girlfriend ate the chicken piccata. My steak was very nicely prepared and I'm a great brazilian barbecue chef, so that means it is a nice compliment to SF curbside. For dessert, we ordered their coconut/almods cheesecake which was also yummy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Cutest place, great food, good service – Have eaten here many times. Great service, great price, great food and a cozy atmosphere, there is parking across the street, and great shopping (California and Fillmore) afterwards to walk off your meal.
The French toast is to die for! Always a must when having brunch there. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
Yes, there is a wait for brunch on the weekends. Yes, the tables are closely placed. Status quo for a French place in this area.
Good food, Very friendly service, Little Pricey – I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Curbside is a French-inspired restaurant. Cozy, tucked into a small space, the ambience and friendly service are my favorite things about the place. I had a chicken sandwich which was 'just ok' and certainly not worth $10, although the accompanying salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing. My dinner companions got fries, which looked French and great. They handled our large party well, which is hard to do in such a small place ... Brunch sounds like it's better, but I haven't tried it yet. As for lunch, unless you're crazy French folk, I would go elsewhere in the Marina.
Great brunch spot – We stumbled upon Curbside while apartment hunting in the area and it made us more determined to live in the area! It's clearly a favorite neighborhood spot. We had an omelette and the chorizo and eggs and both dishes were plentiful and delicious. The service was very friendly and we didn't even have to wait very long to sit down although it was prime brunch time. We will definitely return for brunch and will try them out for dinner as well.
Love this place – Fresh food, friendly, fast service. Convenient location (parking lot across the street). Perfect for breakfast. Great ambience. Will try lunch next time, need I say more? You should check it out.......
Very good French food for the price – I first visited Curbside before seeing films at the Kabuki a few years ago. I was surprised that this hole-in-the-wall had such good French food. The bigger surprise is when the (relatively small) bill comes. I've been there many times since. Not the best, but very solid bistro cuisine that's well worth the price.
