Terrible,terrible experience.Came to service my AC which had started to leak water. Took an hour to open unit, pour a bottle of water in, declare unit OK, and close it up. Apparently I had cleared a blockage in the condensate line while waiting 2 days for them. Charged me $200 for this non-repair. Paid with credit card because I didn't want to spend time arguing with them. Month later start getting bills which I ignored, and then nasty letters from so called Collection Agent. Called SE to waste my time arguing anyway. Could not get to speak to manager, and wasted a day waiting for them to call me. Called them again and got manager to apologize profusely. Big deal. You can't pay more for lousy service. Oh, and their web site has all five star testimonials, but does not allow you to write a review

WORST SERVICE EVER...THEY "rigged" my heater in january and told me they would call back with pricing on parts to fix ....Well no one called. We then put on air on and used the shut off that the sercive guy "rigged" and it shut off our condensation pump....FLOODING MY BASEMENT. The end result was 13 phone calls to customer service and every manager in the place. I also spoke to GM....Inow have a sneaky suspicion why the company is on the track it is on after speaking with him. I have also called corporate 3 times. No callbacks---referred back to same GM up here in PA No one cares. Your money is best spent with another company in my opinion. Did I mention I was with them for over a decade...first major problem and they ran from it instead of engaging it and taking care of it like a reputable company. Sad really. Hopefully I can make it through the "matrix" and speak to an owner to let them know how mismanaged they really are...especially in PA ..I believe out of West Chester area.
Still waiting for our ac to be fixed since 5/22. Three guys have been out. The first guy said the manager would call us with a quote on the part. Never called. Called 3 times and never got a call back from Jim- whoever that is. Finally my husband got through and they said the part had been in but they never called us and told us. One with the part that said we didn't need it. Then the ac stopped working. another guy came the next day without the part after we told him to bring the part and had no idea why he was coming. Their customer service is terrible. I spoke with the GM on Monday and she said she would look into it and call me back. Never called back. We called numerous times and never could get a call back from a person to tell us what was going on. My husband spoke to someone Monday and they reordered the part and now we have to wait again. I spoke to someone today, asked for the GM who never returned my call- but she did not come to the phone. they said the part was still on order. We're just about done with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
All I have ever had is maintenance experience--no equipment failures or the like---so my experience is somewhat limited. But I can say that the technician that does the work has been on time or ahead of schedule at the time of each inspection. He is does his work promptly and cheerfully. So far I am very satisfied.
I spoke with them at 8 am and my air conditioning was fixed by 1 pm the same day! Jerrry was great.
Signature inspected my whole heating and cooling system to ensure it was working correctly and submitted a compettivie bid to install a new furnace and A/C. They were responsive, clean and showed up as promised.
Two thumbs up – As a 4 time homeowner over a 30 year period, I've used more than 6 separate companies in that time. I called Signature on the suggestion of a neighbor when we first moved to West Chester and the experience with them was excellent. The technician who arrived was professional, polite, knew what he was doing and there wasn't a need to call them back to "fix the fix." The billing was very reasonable and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also, they apparently know how to install geothermal systems which, if you don't know, is about as close to getting "free" energy as you can get. Try to find another local firm that truly understands geothermal AND traditional HVAC! If I sell this place and build a home, I'll definitely be calling these guys to design a system. I don't normally write reviews for anything or anyone, but I have to put my 2 cents in on this company. Also, they aren't owned by some large corporate parent that demands increasing sales every quarter. They seem to be locally owned by reputable people. I give them two thumbs up.
I called you when I had no heat, and you came out the same day, and fixed my problem. I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with from Signature; you make it very easy to do business. I will definitely refer you, and please use me as a reference.

Above and beyond – Everyone went above and beyond with the installation of our new system. Bob did a great job of reviewing all our options with us, while helping us address some of the problems we’ve had with our existing system. The installers were courteous, clean and very professional. I would highly recommend Signature Heating, Cooling, & Indoor Air Quality.
