HORRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT.
I moved away over a year ago, and when I asked the front desk what I needed to do to cancel she told me to write a letter saying that I had moved and that would be considered my 30 day notice. I said ok. I wrote the letter and forgot about it. I noticed today that they are STILL taking my money! I called and the troll at the billing department told me they "never got a letter" so I would have to send another, oh and by the way you can't send it to the gym, it has to be to a random PO Box. They are keeping the $888.00 they stole from me this year.
I'd say that doing business with them is a horrible mistake, which is why I'm here. Please find another gym!
hatfields pros and cons. This gym had great trainers i worked with a few of them and those few that i worked with that i would recomend no longer work there! this gym has good equipment but thats about it!!! the customer service is terrible and the billing dept is also terrible!!! for the amt of money you pay monthly you could go elsewhere and pay half of that a month and get better service and extended hours!! they do have a decent female only area but no being a female that doesnt help me! i give 1 out of 5 stars!
Great Trainers!. Great trainers! Hatfield Athletic Club is a fantastic facility with friendly employees. Their trainers are approachable and very intelligent. They have a wide range of equipment and lots of activities for family, especially kids. I would recommend this club to anyone.
