My dog loves this kennel. Anne at the front desk held my hand through the whole dayschool evaluation process. I was more nervous than my dog and my dog just loves her. I would recommend this kennel to any friend or family member.
Just left our boarding facility for Molly's. We are very happy with our choice and most of all our baby, Riley is happy.
Will be trying their grooming next.
Great place !
My dog loves going to Molly's. The staff is friendly and very smart about dogs. My dog loves the play group when she is there boarding. I call while I am away and they give me updates, even if it is not all good. I feel good when she is there.
Love this place and the staff is so informative and helpful. My dog loves it here too. I use day care and boarding and it has been great. So happy !!!!!
I am responding to the email from(ginger1957,june 15,2012) my cheating wife. How dare she go and write a review for a place she did not even use. Yes, I boarded our dog at Molly's. I picked Molly's becasue they were the only facility that had educated staff. I explained the situation and how terrible it had been in my home. With my wife throwing things and screaming constantly she was scaring our poor baby she just kept shaking. Molly's did NOTHING wrong. They actually did the correct thing, according to my wife the other kennels acted illegally. I dropped my dog off at Molly's with shot records in my name, it was there job to protect my dog and not release her to any one other than myself or someone authurized by me. If they had released her to some one else or even given out information about my dog I could have sued them.
I can not believe other businesses gave out information to a crazy woman on the phone with no verification of who she was. She could have been someone trying to figure out if I was out of town and robbed my house while I was away.
Molly's did NOTHING wrong and when I picked my baby up she was no longer shaking. She was HAPPY so as far as I am concerned they not only did their job correctly legally the took EXCELLENT CARE of my baby.
Thank you Molly's !!!
My husband and I are going thru a nasty divorce. So he wanted to hurt me by taking my dog to a kennel and not tell me where she was. I was heartbroken, and called EVERY kennel with 30 miles of my house, even the SPCA. Of course I was crying and upset but every kennel that I spoke to was very understanding and checked to see if my dog was at their kennel. (keep in mind my dog was gone for DAYS) All the kennels were understanding but one, Molly's Country Kennels, as I did with the other kennels, I explain the situation that my husband took my dog to hurt me. I even told them that I had her avid microchip number that she was register under me and no one else. Well, I want everyone to know Molly's Country Kennels refused to help me. And guess what, she was there the whole time ! I'm sad that they knew my dog was there and knew I was upset and refused to help me. Anybody who loves animals should have understood the situation...right?
Excellent facility – I just had my dog trained there and now she goes to daycare there. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I love that my dog loves going there and loves the staff. It makes me feel good when she is there. Glad I fouodn this place !
Warning: no potty breaks! Privacy issues, too. – Warning: understand their policies before you leave your dog there. It is their policy (ask them!) to leave the dogs in indoor cement kennels 24 hours a day unless you pay for extra "playtime activities." They do not let them out to go to the bathroom!! Says the employee, "oh, he can just go in the kennel, and we will clean it up." This is their policy! My housebroken dog would make himself miserable trying to hold it! Yes you can pay to have the dog walked/let out (it adds up) but even that, the kennel considers three outings in a day generous and no outings happen after five pm. So don't leave your dog there if he can't hold it from 5pm till the next morning.
Letting your dog out to pee 5 minutes 3 times a day is and extra service at $8.75 a day and according to their website "perfect for a pet that likes to move and shake." Have any of these people ever owned a dog?? Potty breaks are mandatory, not extra, and I expect them when I board my dog. Three is not even close to enough potty breaks in a day and 5 minutes does not constitute exercise for a dog who needs to 'move and shake'.
This kennel has also shared my email address with other customers and they have repeatedly spammed my email with copies of their newsletter (seven in a week) without a way to unsubscribe.
Kennel Confusion – I recently had a potential client to my kennel confuse us with this particular kennel!
THIS IS NOT MOLLY'S BOARDING KENNEL IN HUNTSVILLE, AL!
I just wanted to try to prevent any further confusion for any of our other customers.
