Three seating choices, sushi and a sizable Japanese menu. – The Scene
For delicious Japanese food, look no further than Wickenden Street, where modern sushi restaurants mix with some of the most happening antique shops around. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, perfect after a day of work or window-shopping. Customary decor and servers in traditional dress make this experience authentic. Enjoy your meal at the sushi bar, a standard table, or in the back room, which features low tables and floor seating.

The Food
Miso shiro soup, made from soybean broth with tofu and scallions, is the perfect appetizer. Whether it be nigiri, sashimi or maki, the sushi here is always very fresh. If you haven't quite acquired the taste for raw fish, Tokyo also serves tempura, chicken, beef, seafood and duck dishes. Avoid a difficult decision by choosing one of the house combination plates.

Worst Japanese Food I Have Ever Eaten – Quite simply the worst Japanese food I and my wife (who is Japanese) have ever eaten. The sushi rice was flavorless -- so much so that we wondered if the chef even knew how to prepare it. Our yaki soba was, in fact, yaki udon, which is a completely different kind of noodle. It is akin to asking for angel hair pasta and receiving linguini. Now, I have never returned food to the kitchen before in my life. I am not a picky or snobby eater. However, this restaurant is not run by Japanese people and it shows. It is simply not good Japanese food. So, if you have never had Japanese food and want to try something new, give this place a try. If, on the other hand, you know anything at all about Japanese food, STAY AWAY. It was inedible.
