Great value, great results – Owner Stephanie has many years of experience, which really contributes to her ability to understand and improve individual skin types. She and her staff are very thorough with the pore cleansing, and provide nice extras, such as hair removal via threading (which many places don't know how to do). Good products, too. They're Top 50 in Shiseido sales for the United States, because they know what's best for your skin and they don't push you to buy. The atmosphere is clean, pleasant and professional. It's not totally quiet, but rarely intrusively loud. Their Noriega location is quieter if that's important to you. You can't go wrong for the price>
best sunset secret – Stephanie's Facial Plus has best deep cleansing pore facial in our city. I have been going to her of a dozen years. It is so relaxing, I must fight off sleep. I sent my teenage children to her too, and my wife likes the Sashido stuff.
a gem – Not "pretty" but thoroughly professional. all technicians state licensed, and fruther trained by owner.
treatments not cookie cutter, but tailored to each client's needs.. still everything you need for the service you chose...no skimping on service. Staff are professionals.
also great skincare products, Shiseido, and you earn "credits" toward skincare service, by buying their products.
You can't go wrong with this place, for the price!
Editorial Review – A Sunset beauty salon and retail store that offers facials, waxing, makeup application, lash and brow tinting, and body treatments.
User review by gyl74 – Very cheap compared to other facials. But price tells you the service that you will get!!
A facial should give you the feeling of relaxation, but in Facial Plus, you will never feel relaxed! The sound of people moving around on the second floor (you can't blame this, since they have very small space), and during the end of the facial treatment wearing the mask, the aesthetician suddenly BARGE into the room to take some things, it was very shocking, and kind of rude.
And my aesthetician did not give me my massages for some lame reasons.
The extractions was not thorough nor entirely clean, compared to other facials that I have been to , which was much more pricier than Facial Plus.
Their facial treatments, whether bought individually or in package are very cheap, but service is not good, not professional.
a great find! – Great bang for the buck. Behind the storefront, the facilities arent fancy, just clean and neat. The $60 90-minute facial includes shoulder/neck/scalp/face/hand massage w/ moisturizing heated mittens, thorough extractions, exfoliating peel, mask, eye and skin treatments and some aestheticians will spruce eyebrows. They offer a 5 facial package that is really well-priced too.
The noise from the store can be heard in the treatment rooms. Metered 1 hr parking, but the staff will feed your meter for you.
