My wife and I used River Road and Jasmine Houses as the venue for our wedding. They not only met, but exceeded expectations at every turn. It's a family-run business with a different member excelling in a different section of the business. The houses and gardens were fantastically maintained and prepared for the big day. We had them for catering as well. We were expecting good decent southern cooking, but we were blown away about how good it was. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly, pasta was delicious and just the right texture, even the hummus was great! We used the daughter, Sarah, as the wedding planner/coordinator and could not have been happier. She knew the right questions to ask, took charge where she needed to, but still let our day be uniquely ours. She made the cake as well and we got a lot of compliments on it! All in all, just a fantastically run establishment. Your money goes a long way. I would recommend them for any function you have in mind (just ask, they're easy to talk to), and we plan on using them again!

Attended an outdoor ceremony indoor reception there. During the ceremony all we heard was the traffic from the road behind us. We couldn't hear the officiant at all. We were eaten alive by mosquitos and ants. The indoor reception was ok. The food was just average and the tables were crammed inside. Not an inch to walk between them. The bride had no complaints about the staff. Just wanted to give my opinion as a guest. I won't be excited for the next wedding that I attend there unless it's indoors.

Beautiful Location, Truly one of a kind!. These homes are truly beautiful! Have visited several times for events and ever time has been wonderful! Both of the houses are decorated wonderfully, and the gardens have looked great each time I have been to events here. Highly Recommended.
