HORRIBLE. Do not recommend!!!! We still haven't received our dresses for my sister's september the 18th wedding! Store has closed and we have been told that we need to pay another 600 dollars just to get the dresses because the company had not been paid!
Great Experience with SB!. I had a wonderful experience with SB! They have the best selection of dresses that I found. I bought my wedding dress and all bridesmaid dresses from them. My veil didn't match my dress when it came in and they swapped it with no fuss at all. 2 days before the wedding, one of my bridesmaids lost the straps to her dress...I called and they grabbed some extra fabric they had that matched the dress and made me new straps within an hour. Allison is who helped me and she was awesome.

I would recommend SB to any bride! They were all very helpful and tried to help me with everything! I did not get my dress there but wish I had because they have some of the best and most unique gowns I have seen without costing thousands of dollars! I was able to get my accessories and my bridesmaids dresses there! They were so helpful in the selection! They let me bring my dress in for alterations and it needed A LOT. The seamstress did a fantastic job and on my wedding day everything looked GREAT!

HORRIBLE ALTERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to Southern Bride to get my 2,500 wedding dress altered. Their seamstress was completely ill trained and did a horrible job on my dress. She was also extremely overpriced and ever promise she made she broke. I took my dress 2 months for a hem and bra cups. It was stated to me that it would be done in one month. After tons of unreturned phone calls, and 48 hours before my wedding, I went to pick it up and of course it did not have bra cups and was not pressed. The owner came out and continued to be unprofessional and discourtesy. She refused to press it and I ended up paying over $200 for a hem. I would not trust them with your special day. Hopefully when the word gets out that the owner shouldn't be in any kind of retail, less weddings this place will go out of business.
Best Bridal Shop in Greenville. This was the best experience I had when looking for my Bridal gown. They allowed me to take my time, and never pushed me into anything. When I came back to purchase after thinking about it over night, everyone called me by name, even the owner. I find the review below very hard to believe. I paid $299 for my gown that was on sell. I even got a hand written thank-you. Maybe you should have purchased an in stock dress. As a bride you should know ordering takes 4-6 months. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At first I was really impressed with Southern Bride and the fact I found the dress I wanted there as well as their promise to get the dress to me with a 4 week rush fee, but I soon found out that if you aren't spending a huge amount of money with them then they could care less whether you get your dress on time. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress for $175 plus a rush fee of $35 which was suppose to get me the dress in 4 weeks. The dress didn't come in until 2.5 weeks after the promised time and since it was still 5 days before the wedding they insisted I pay the $35 plus alterations!! At the very least I shouldn't have to pay $35 for a dress that was 2.5 weeks late! Unbelievable!
