Rude, incompetent – I ordered a premium arrangement from them for my mother due to my uncle's sudden death. We ordered one night and set up delivery to be the next day, specifying in the webform after 1:30. I live out of state and couldn't make the funeral, so I ordered flowers for my mother instead.

Next day I call my mother around 2:30 EST, flowers still not delivered. I called and spoke with someone who didn't identify himself and he said they tried delivering that morning but no one was home. It was then he actually read the note and discovered they tried delivering way too early. The guy said they would call my mother and arrange for delivery later that day.

Day comes and goes, and nothing. Found out from my mother than night that they arranged for the delivery to be the following morning. I was cool with that, until I texted my mother late that afternoon about it and she said she never received anything. She said she called and they kept giving her the excuse they gave me, that a popular local real estate mogul there died and they were too busy with servicing that and my mom's delivery got lost in the shuffle. My mom said she talked with a guy there (she said his name was Larry) and she felt he was curt with her.

So I called and this is where it gets good - after the continued bemoaning of all the business they got resulting from the real estate guy's death I got tired of yet another broken commitment. After considering that they missed two deliveries, I told the guy there that if it wasn't delivered by end of day I was calling tomorrow and canceling and demanding a refund. Immediately the guy accused me of getting an attitude, then, seconds later, called me a "motherf***er" and hung up. No lie. I was stunned.

I got home and called their Taylors office (the original office I called was the one on Wade Hampton) and asked if there was a senior manager or perhaps the owner I could speak to, and the guy I got was the owner (Benjamin). Benjamin was nice and polite and said he sent me an e-mail, which I immediately read while I had him on the phone. He said he was alerted to this inexcusable behavior by whoever employee this was, and had Larry send me an e-mail offering to fully credit my credit card, cancel the delivery but also send my mom a complimentary arrangement as a good gesture (he spelled it 'jest' so perhaps this was all a joke?)

While on the phone, Benjamin told me that he was told that when my mom called she was, after a long pause searching for words, rude. Really? So one of your employees calls me a motherf***er and she was the one who was rude?? Benjamin then told me that, as far as his employee goes, he didn't know what he was going to do. Really? Because I and about 95% of all other responsible businessmen would know what to do - fire him on the spot. I was amazed at 1) this employee calling me a vulgar name yet telling me I was the one with the attitude, and 2) this employee calling me a vulgar name yet the owner says my mother was the one who was rude. I am still stunned over the pathetic display of unprofessionalism that permeates this poor company.

After reading Terri's comment below (or above?), it wouldn't surprise me in the least if we discovered it was Larry who cursed me, but the word "rude" is an understatement for how I was insulted.

I called my credit card company and I've laid a dispute claim on the monies to this company. We'll see if this company actually does the right thing. At this point I'm not holding my breath, nor am I trusting that they'll actually deliver the complimentary arrangement like they said they would.

Do NOT use this company at all. Horrible doesn't even scratch the service on how I'd describe this misfit company.

If I could rate it as zero stars, I would. I'll have to settle for 1.

RUN don't buy – I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my father's birthday, and instead of going with the normal arrangement, I upped the request to the deluxe version. When my father received them, and described them to me, I was truly disappointed. He received a tiny arrangement.

After informing him what I had spent, he was shocked!!!!! He said that they looked like something a young boy without much money, would give to a young girl. As the arrangement was so small, and without much thought or effort in putting it together.

I contacted Larry (I believe to be the owner) and informed him that I ordered a deluxe arrangement. He was rude and insulting. He stated that older folks don't understand. He asked if I had seen them, I live in another state. I let him know I ordered them online with the picture provided, and the arrangement looked nothing like that order.

Larry said he would look into it and call me back later that day. No call from him. I called the following day, he said that he was busy and would call me back later. It's been 2 business days since then.

Larry and this shop are thieves by taking your money, and not providing what you order. Larry is also lies to you by informing he will call back, yet doesn't. This establishment prays on those who are out of state, by not delivering what you order.

Please save yourself from embarrsement, and from dealing with this non professional thief. You'll be better served by one of the other local shops in the Greenville area, as I have used them in the past, and they have always delivered what was promised.
