Why is this allowed to go on! – I want to know why a Dr. who takes a oathe to save lives is not instead he is taking a life. First he prescribes ADD meds to a child all her life, but she has never been diagnosed by a mental expert as being ADD. And she is 18 now and a drug addict. Then her mother is given pain killers for back pain and another med that is so powerful that the family is told to make contact if she has any mood or behavior changes. Well the husband and father of their 2 boys calls because she is and what does Dr. White do he ups the dose. Now this women is so addicted to these pain killers after being on them a yr that she is going off the deep end and has left home and may not make it back. Now Dr White the man we have trusted all these years why is this going on WHY? You may get your kisk backs from presribing these meds but what about the lives you are destroying. My grandaughter is a full blown addict because her bogus ADD meds were cut off by leaving home and she has to have some stimulation so she turns to street drugs and her mom may not make it back from her addictive trip because YOU did not heed the husbands cry for help in letting you know that she had adverse reactions to the meds you prescribed! I am her mother and I will not stop shouting and kisking and screaming as to what is going on here until some one takes care of my child in the appropiate manner. I will go to what ever lengths and extent I have to. Now I suggetst you call the husband and start getting her safely home and non medicated because now she will have to be weaned off of these powerful drugs. I am fed up with you dr. taking gratuity from these pharmacuetical companies and destroying lives! Do some thing! Hell hath no fury as a mother that looses a child do to malpractice. I will stand on the highest roof tops and let the world and media know what is going on with the proof of the before and after of the two women you have destroyed! Make it right Dr. White at least for your conscious sake and your practice sake. The media has a way of allowing the truth to come out! Teresa Morgan

Genuine and Quality Care – Holly Tree Family Practice, and in particular, Dr. Taylor is a blessing in our lives. Four generations now see him and we love him dearly. He stays on top of things and the children love him and can't wait to hear the dog barking or cow mooing when he checks their ears. The staff is top notch and it is great to see the same faces every time when we go there. Thank you Holly Tree for caring for my family-all 12 grandchildren

16 years of Excellent Care – My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Berglind since the office opened, about 16 years ago. He is a genuinely caring and competent doctor, always takes time to explain and discuss any issue...which is to say, he does not normally rush you out the door. I also have found no issues with treatment from the other docs in the practice, when Dr. Berglind was not available. I don't recall an instance when a staff member was rude, and have always been worked in ASAP, as necessary. The practice has grown, and I'm sure that comes with more patients to handle and administrative headaches; that said, my husband and I have found Dr. Berglind and his staff to be much better--in many regards-- than other medical care providers in other areas of the country. I 'm willing to wait a while--even though it is rarely convenient to take time off from work--if it means good care from a physician that you truly like & trust.

Will never go there again!!! – My family and I were patients here for 6 years. I finally got tired of waiting over an hour to see a doctor. When your kids are sick, the last thing you want to do is sit in the doctor's office all day. When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, it was told to me by a nurse. The doctor came in afterwards, explaining nothing. He told me to go home, pack some clothes, and wait for them to call about going to the hospital. We changed doctor's right after that.

If you ever change doctors, make sure to personally pick up your medical records. They would not give them to me. They told me they would send them to our new doctor, and I'm still having problems b/c they did not send everything. Then they want you to pay again to have them sent again. It has been a big fight. They don't want to deal with you once they know you have a new doctor. We are completely thrilled with our new doctor's office!

Would not go any where else! – I have been coming to Holly Tree Family Practice for 12 years and would go no where else. I wanted my children to been see by Dr. Taylor instead of going to a pediatrician. Dr. Taylor is the most caring person that establishes a relationship with his patients. Drawback is wait time but that can not be controlled considering every patient has needs that are being met.

Been gone for 1 year – Myself and family were patients at Holly Tree for close to 10 years. In 2008 we got our records transferred for our kids, and I am in the process of doing the same for myself and my husband. I thought it was standard to have to wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Come to find out, after visiting my childrens new doctor for many visits, it doesn't have to be that way. We preferred Dr. White over the other doctors, but he was never available when we needed him the most. Then we would have to wait, usually with sick children for over an hour. I cannot say that the office staff was particularly friendly, but not rude either. I never saw the same people behind the desk for more than a couple of months. That probably says something about the practice as a whole. I would not recommend this office to anyone that asked. The parking lot is terrible also.

Great Place – I have no complaints about this place. I don't know what the other people are complaining about, but never have I nor any of my family ever been treated rudely by anybody on the staff. We've had some problems with the answering service, but never with Holly Tree.

RUDE STAFF – Our entire family has been going to Holly Tree for many years. The doctors are good, however the staff are the rudest I have ever encountered. We have finally had enough.

Holly Tree is about speed and definatley not about care & concern and certainly not about polite office staff. – I have been going to Holly Tree for 8 years and finally had enough today. I put up with rude front office staff out of the closeness of the facility and my experience with Dr. Bergland but after the rudeness I received today on the phone I am going to find a new place to take my family. They need to have a professional come in and teach them how to treat people on the phone and in person. In a sarcastic tone I was told "those results aren't faxed to us sweetheart" as she talked over me and rushed me though my conversation. When ACTUALLY the results were faxed to them by request but their fax machine was down all day and for that she was not apologetic at all. Then I'm told that I might receive a call tomorrow from a doctor but they will be busy. When I old her that I'm flat on my back almost unable to walk and I need to speak to someone she said "You'll need t o go to the ER then". I cannot tell you the words I have for this woman. She needs to get in a different line of business. I think the creed is "first do no harm". I think it's harm when your staff treats people like they do.

Holly Tree Family Practice is a wonderful caring practice. – I have been a customer of Holly Tree Family Practice for over 10 years and have not had any issues with their accounting, appointments out of the ordinary. In fact I have not experienced a single problem unlike another reviewer. Of course you do end up waiting some after the scheduled time if you don't get one of the first appointments. I know my doctor is more than patient to sit and explain things to me which is why later appointments tend to run a little late from time to time. Having said that about an hour is the most I ever had to wait and that was doing a basic walk in (which still requires you to call ahead and get a time to come in).

My experience with them has been quite pleasant and although I have a regular doctor I also sometimes see the other doctors in the practice if it is my doctors day off. Being 50 years old, I have seen my share of doctors offices and this one is honestly the best I have ever had.
