Worst customer service in the world!!! – I and my family have order food from here a lot in the pass but I can tell you one thing for sure I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! We called in our order 1 day at 2:54pm on a Saturday and never got our food till 4:16pm. I know for sure the time that the order was called in because I looked on my phone and on the bill. So it took over 1 hour to get our food then after we got it and sat down to eat it was cold. I’m not talking room temp cold I’m talking been sitting ready and not deliver cold. I heated my food up and went to eat it. When I went to eat it for the 2nd time because I had to heat it up the chicken you couldn’t even chew it up. I was so upset about this I called up there to let them know what had happen and the man that I talk to on the phone said that he was sorry and that to make it up he would give us what we order on the house the next time we order. I asked him what I need to do next time we call in and he said that all we had to do was tell them out last name. So now it’s been 1 week and 1 day and we go to order. The lady that took the call said that she sees no note of that ever happening and that she can’t do anything about it. I asked her why would someone tell me that if it wasn’t so. She said hold on and a man got on the phone. This man was VERY - VERY RUDE and started out by saying what can I help you with. I explained to him what happen and he said we aren’t doing that and that I was never told that by anyone there. I told him that I have no reason what so ever to lie about it. He said we don’t promise that your food will be HOT to anyone. He then said it takes 40 minutes to get to your house. I told him that I live around 5 miles from there so it wouldn’t take 40 minutes to get to our house. Then he said you have called before and complained about the food. I told him that if I had called before about your food more than once I wouldn’t be calling you again. I ask him to tell me when I have called in before if I had and when I ask him that he couldn’t tell me. He said he just knows that I have. Well if you know that I have then when was it or what did I call in about. He couldn’t tell me because he was lying I had never called in to complain before. There are too many places to eat to go somewhere that has bad food or bad customer services. I told him that I will never eat there again and everyone that I know I will tell them how he has chosen to speak to me as a customer of his. I will also make sure to let everyone on the board of the subdivision know how he has treated me. That my friend is 392 houses I hope more than anything that whoever chooses to read this will stay clear of this place. They love you coming in giving them money but as soon as you do they kick you in the butt with rude customer service and could care less about you. That is no way to run any business.
