The above order was placed after business hours the evening before the funeral. We did not recieve the order off the printer until the next day , and the funeral had already taken place. These orders do not come immediately to us when they are placed. It goes to headquarters, then directed to us.. Teresa told the customer "we don't get these orders right away" I told him the same thing when I called him back. He totally misunderstood and stated that we said "we don't get to these orders right away " We check our printer often all during the day, and give these orders the same priority as any other order we recieve. When something has a specific time, it is given top priority if it is within our power and recieved on time.

He was told that Jane would call him back the next day. I came in later, and called him within the hour. I didn't wait until the next day, but addressed it immediately. I tried to apologize to him, and asked him what we could do to make it right. He was unwilling to even listen to what I had to say. It's unfortunate these things happen that we don't have any control over. We go to great length to satisfy our customers in any situation.

We have been in business 31 years, and value each customer we have with great importance. Service comes first with us.

Absolutely AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I wanted to use a local florist to send flowers to the funeral of my girlfriend's grandfather in Rock Hill, since I was not able to attend from Chicago. Jane's had good prices, was only a few blocks away from the church, and even guaranteed same-day delivery (which wasn't even necessary since I ordered way in advance). I used the online ordering form and received a confirmation email back right away.

After the funeral service, my girlfriend texted me to let me know that the flowers I mentioned never showed up. I called Jane's immediately to see what had happened.

When I got Theresa from Jane's on the phone and asked where the flowers were, she said, and I quote "Wait, did you order these through the computer? We just don't always get to those ones right away." SERIOUSLY. THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID.

Well, of course, there are no do overs in this sort of situation, and I got a "sorry" from them more fitting for spilling someone's sweet tea rather than for completely embarrassing me and taking away my one opportunity to offer my condolences to the family and honor the deceased despite my physical absence from the service.

I wouldn't trust this company with watering my houseplant while I was gone for a half afternoon. Shame on you, Jane.
