We bought a pool after checking at another place,based on friends recomendations.We had a minor prblem which they took care of.Everything was done as they told us it would be.We figured we saved about 500. dollars over the other place and the people were all helpful.I would highly recomend(and do) to our friends.Plus the pool school helped a lot.
When selling or preparing a customer to buy one of the above ground pools, do not tell them how easy it will be to just "get 10 of your friends and kick the dirt back against the pool for back-fill". It is not so easy when your backfill dirt is full of and mixed with sod all the way through. Its very misleading and will cost the customer at least 200.00 or more to get the mess cleaned up. I'm not complaining because I had to do it, I'm complaining because Family Leisure did not honestly prepare me for the extra time, work and expense I was in for.
Here's another thought for the contractor you hire to dig out the pool area, pay him a little more money to actually separate the dirt from the sod so when you say kick the dirt back against the pool, then it would be a realistic expectation.
I just want tell everyone who is thinking about buying a pool from family leisure, you will have a wonderful experience! The service dept. is the best. Anytime I had Question he always knew exactly what to do and was always willing to instruct me about any problems. This will be my second season as a pool owner and am looking forward to another great summer!!!!!!!!!!
I have been looking locally for the filters I needed and there were none to be found. They took the time to provide a quality replacement. Customer service was great ! Got what I ordered when expected, so much so that I actually called to thank them. Refreshing when orders go this smooth.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved in expediting the missing hardware from my recently received order.
