my Honda was having trouble so I ask service if they had time to change the battery and the termenal ends to be replaced the battery is the very first trouble ive had so they fixed it in a short amount of time they ask me to wait in the waiting room where thay always have coffee and cold dranks coke sprite water
I bought a new F-150 in January, since purchase they keys have not worked properly. It took 5 visits to your dealership to get the problem resolved. My wife got the run around from the service dept when she was by herself. It wasn't until I got the service manager involved that the problem was resolved. My truck is due a service and this event has really made me question whether or not Jenkins and Wynne should be the dealership to do it. Bruno Hughs did an outstanding job with the sales transaction and unfortunately the service dept pretty much erased everything Bruno did to make us feel like we matter
