unsafe quarters – I was in Montgomery County's jail in Clarksville, Tn and the conditions in there are so poor that people were getting sick almost everyday. But then you'd have to have money on your books to see the 'nurse'. The nurse that I had was Vicki Gurinowich. She was the rudest person I had ever met in my life. She handed out prescriptions to the people upstairs in my pod without them being sick and when their room would get flipped, they'd have to take the heat. She's a no good person. That jail is the worst I've ever seen or visited. Someone needs to go in there and check out these inmates!! Some with HIV others with STD's and they aren't getting treatment for it. They sleep with a wool cover and if you're allergic wool, there's nothing you can do, but freeze to death while you sleep. If you're a female and on your period, you get one pad a day. and if you go through your oranges you don't get another set until the following monday. The food that I ate was so old that it had mold on it. People are getting sick in there and no one is doing anything about it! Granted, what I got locked up for, I deserved. I'm 100% guilty, but these people don't deserve to be treated like this. They're humans. Quit treating them like animals!! a few of the guards were fired for sexually abusing the female inmates in J, L and M pod. But they can't speak to anyone because of the guards.. their word against the guards.
