The most horrible and dishonest business I ever encountered! – We had terrible experience with this guy. The shoes I brought in were not ready, and also badly damaged when I went to pick them up. The guy tried to trick us by saying "We discussed this last week, and you decided not to fix the sole." which is a complete lie. There was no damage on my shoe sole when we dropped them off to have the heel replaced,. Now my shoes are cracked all the way through the sole. The worst part about it was that he lied and tried to trick us into paying even more to get the sole fixed which he damaged. He was very rude and insulting. Now my shoes are not wearable. He does not deserve even one star, but I could not post the review with 0 star...

I had an awful experience at this shoe repair shop – The repair costed just as much as my shoes costed brand new, but I paid it anyway. $100.00 I wanted to get thicker soles, and the sales man told me he would put a special sole so it would not slip, the one with a tread( thicker and rough surface) and I said: "Ok, I'll spend $100.00 on repairing the shoes instead of buying another pair.... When I picked the shoes up the next day, the sole was thinner than before and it was not the one that he promised and what I paid for.

The place is very expensive and not worth it. and I'm sure there must be other shoe repair shops which don't charge all this money. I was upset, because I did not get what I payd for and the salesman was very defensive and he sort of cut me off short, so I just left without trying to get my money back. I'm very dissapointed because it costed a lot of money and now my soles are thinner than they were before I took them there, when in fact he told me he would make them thicker and non slippery. Now The sole is shiny and indeed more slippery than before I took them in. Definitely not worth $100.00. For that money I could have bought A new pair from Aldo, or a designer name shoe store. I feel cheated, Stupid, and conned.

Dishonest Shoe Care – "I had a terrible experience here. i dropped off shoes for heel repair and when I picked them up, there was a GASH on the toe. The owner denied responsibility, and insisted I must have brought him the shoes this way and was looking for free repair! The employee who had been handling the drop off and pick up didn't want to get involved, so did not speak up. They ask for money up front so I had already paid for the repair -- this is not good biz practice, fyi. I did not ask for my money back, although I should have, but did report to mall management. I have been a patron to that store for over 10 years and the owner acted not only unprofessionally, but unethically. Don't risk it. There are other shoe repair places that are honest and do great work in the area. Take your fave shoes to someone who is a fair and competent businessman!!"
