This was my first experience purchasing a car that I left feeling like I was treated like a valued customer. The experience in the dealership, was very professional. The sales person, and sales manager understand their customer's needs. Price advertised on their website was competitive and honored without hassle. Interest rate was competitive. No surprises in the finance managers office either.

Purchased a truck on 4/30/11 and on 5/6/11 the truck failed to start and the SERVICE ENGINE light came on. When I took the truck to Beaman they wanted $922 plus tax to replace the fuel pump with them paying $400 and I make up the difference. I did not agree to the work and was able to drive and get a 2nd opinion and repaired the truck for under $20.
Horrible service – Horrible experience with service department.
My vehicle was under warranty. The battery went dead ( for the fourth time) on a saturday. I called and since they were closing in an hour they couldnt do any work on it until monday. I couldnt purchase a replacement and have them reimburse me, and I couldnt bring in the battery and have it replaced because they needed to test it in the vehicle.
On monday I got the car towed in.They let me know it was fixed. So i went to pick it up at 5 pm and when I went to unlock my doors using my keyless entry it did not unlock my doors. So the guy came out and did some testing and ended up changing a blown fuse. So I get in and get ready to leave and now the CD Player/Radio doesnt work. I go back inside the guy says well there isnt anything we can do tonight because ALL the fuses were good. No apology. So I leave it overnight.
The next day I go to pick up my car. Front desk tells me they couldnt fix it because it was an after market radio. Again no apology. I was getting upset at this point.. The radio worked fine before the guy changed the fuse, and now they wont fix it because its "after market". So I went out and checked and the lady was WRONG. They did fix it. It was ANOTHER BLOWN FUSE.
One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Crappy service, and horrible customer appreciation.
Beaman Dodge best experience buying a car – This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I do all of my research before I go out shoping. I was in need of a good used truck and i looked for months trying to find the right truck for my needs. I first visited the Beaman Dodge website and found that it was very easy to navigate and I found a truck that I was interested in. I inquired about the truck and with in 5 mins I had a responce back and then my phone was ringing. Now, I know how the car biz works because I sold cars in Fl. for about 10yrs. and I let on that I worked in business at the very end of my deal. The internet mgr. was very humble and I could tell in his voice that he was sincere and truly wanted to earn my business. He put his best foot forward when he gave me his price quote on the truck and offered website links so I could research the truck that I was inquireing about. Two things that no other dealer in this area did. I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all with this transaction. I set up an appointment with him to visit the dealership and he had the vehicle parked at the front door for me when I arrived. There were no suprises throughout the entire process and they gave me a fair number on my trade in. This was the easiest purchase that I've ever made. I will recommend this dealer to everyone that I know. If your looking for a car then you need to visit their website. These guys will treat you just like family.
