This is a horrible place to buy a vehicle!! I understand buy here pay here and "as is" but wow!! I bought a 2002 dodge ram for $10,000.00 I paid $2500 down and 340.00 a month!! when I test drove it it bounced a little when i applied the brakes.. told them about it and they said oh that normal for this year make and model shame on me for believing them!! TWO days later barkes are SCREAMING and SMOKING! Took it to two differen mechanics to get two different opinions...hub assembly and no brakes $500!! About 2 months later it over heats!! Had to replace the radiator and water pump!! Mind you this is in less than 2 months!! now I have had the vehicle for almost 5 months and guess what THE ENGINE IS BLOWN!!!!! when i was buying the vehicle there was a woman in there saying that they were mis applying the pmts and that she had paid WAY MORE than they were saying but I had already signed all the papers and paid the dwnpmt!! I also took it with a grain of salt as I work in customer service and I know that customers can get confused and things always add up in the end...well now I know they are crooks and I should have known better!! NEVER AGAIN SHAME ON THEM SHAME ON ME!!!!
Would recommend them to anyone!!! – I have purchased a total of three vehicles from these guys and have been satisfied with the vehicle every time. Sure you pay more over time buy hey that is just financing and any used vehicle you buy is eventually going to tear up no matter how you treat it. I have always been treated well by these guys and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
NEVER AGAIN – In Aug of 07, I bought a '94 Dodge Dakota here. It had 100,000 miles on it. I made my payments on time up until Jan of 09. I put $1000 down, and had to spend $400 to put a radio and speakers in it when I bought it. My payments were $150 every two weeks. So by Jan of 08, I had paid $4900 for a truck that was worth $3000 when I bought it, and I still owed $1100. In Sept. 08, I was forced to go out of state bc. I needed a job. BBC Refused to accept payment by money order; when I had an attorney call them, they suddenly decided to accept it. I came back to Murfreesboro in Jan of 09, and the transmission died. They threatened me, saying I owed them $1100 on the truck, and they called my 85 year old grandmother and told her that if i didn't pay them, they were going to have me arrested and put in prison. I went down there and told them that I was going to press charges on them for harassment. My grandmother lives in NY state, and up there, they actually have laws to protect people. BBC made a deal, saying they would give me an 84 Cadillac, if I agreed to go back to $4000 in debt. So I needed a vehicle, as I was sleeping in my car at the time, I had no choice but to agree. Two weeks later, the engine blew up.
BBC supposedly stands for Best Buy Cars; it out to stand for something else, bc that is what they are f------ you with when you deal with them.
They are affiliated and owned by Alexander Motors; this is where Alexander sends cars that they are ashamed to have their inventory. Don't ever deal with them.
Why Why – Dont waste your time or money with these people there crooks. I delt with them and they took my money and didnt aplly it to my loan
