Good Job, but............. I think they did a great job with the portraits. They did a wonderful job with editing them. My daughter had her photos done in July and 100% humidity. She was sweaty, and it showed in the pics. they made them look fantastic!

The only complaint I have is that when we chose the photos to be in the yearbook, they didn't use those. They used the worst ones! That ticked us both off, because your senior yearbook is important!

DO NOT....DO NOT USE MICHAEL'S/LIFETOUCH. I have spent a ton of money with these people and trust me you do not want to make the same mistake. They are wonderful up front and when you are making an order, but let a problem arise and they are not helpful.

I had to have some of my daughters pictures re-worked because they photoshop them so fast that her hair looked like a helmet. The new ones they sent were not photoshoped at all. I know how to photoshop and it just told me they are doing such volume that they don't have time for the details. Their fees are high enough that the pictures should be very professional. Oh well, now I stuck with all these pictures that are not worth the paper they are printed on.

There customer service is pretty much non exsistant.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A MONOPOLY AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Loved it!. I got my senior pictures done today.. they were the cutest and most creative pictures ever! If you were smart, you'd go early.. then you're first and no one is waiting on your photographer so that you're not rushed. Mine turned out beautifully and I couldn't have asked for a better photographer! I worked there last year, and yes, its changed, but for the better I think.. As for the "Assembly line" excuse, its a busy place! Go Early!!! Its to be expected.. you're not the kings and queens of the world.. expect a wait if you're planning on going later in the day. Don't complain, they do the best they can!

As for me, like I said, it was amazing and I can't wait to show them off!

Don't go. My daughter had her senior pictures taken at Michaels. You feel as if you are on an assembly line. They schedule too many people at one time. My daughter was rushed from one location to another so she could stand in line and wait to have her picture taken. They did take a lot of pictures but the vast majority of them were very bad. The atmosphere and picture quality is NOT what I expect from a professional studio.

IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO DO YOUR JOB WELL, YOU AREN'T DOING YOUR JOB WELL!!!. When we arrived, the place was so frenetically busy that personal service wasn't possible. We were informed that the official photographer for senior pictures for my daughter's school was this dreadfully out-of-the-way place we had never heard of. And it was not anything I would have chosen.

With customers swarming everywhere and photographers which did not inspire my confidence, my expectations weren't high. And the company met them.

They wouldn't let my daughter touch her hair after they got the drape on her for her formal shots. Therefore, we have to go BACK to this out-of-the-way place to have them remade. I have had tons of pictures made and have seldom had to have re-makes.

Sure, we ended up with a gazillion pictures from which to choose. Only 4 or 5 were that good - and NONE of the formal ones weere worth looking at.

I wouldn't want to go there again. In fact, if my son's school chooses the same photographer, I shall be very disappointed and shall lobby the school for an alternative photographer.

Save your gas and money. Do them yourself.

Oh, and when I called to say there were no formal pictures we could accept, they did willingly offer the re-make. Their explanation for why she couldn't touch her hair......"it's just so busy in the summer".....

WELL, IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO DO YOUR JOB WELL, YOU AREN'T DOING YOUR JOB WELL!!!
