Not What Was Ordered!! Hateful and Bad Customer Service! – The worst service I have EVER experienced!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a bouquet or arrangement.
My daughter had purchased an arrangement for Mother's Day. She paid extra to have it delivered on or before Mother's Day. Well, I received the "arrangement" (if you want to call it that) the day AFTER Mother's Day. It came in a tall clear glass vase with a bunch of iris' and a bunch of greenery. I was glad to receive it but after looking at it, I thought to myself that this doesn't look like something my daughter would purchase. So I took a picture of it and forwarded it to her and she immediately called me and said NO, it was not what she ordered. The next day, I took the greenery back to this so called florist and encountered the rudist person alive. The card that came with the "flowers" said if not happy that they will make it right. Well, this jerk really did not want to give me the time of day! I explained the situation, showed him a picture that my daughter sent to me of the arrangement she purchased and asked if I could get what I was suppose to receive. He went on and said it was Mother's Day weekend and that only two stores in the Nashville area were open and how hectic it was and how he didn't have enough help and excuses, excuses, excuses. I told him that was not my problem...that my daughter paid extra to have the flowers delivered on or before Mother's Day. He took the flowers to the back along with the picture. He came back out to the salesfloor and said he was out of green roses and he could substitute for a different color. I said that was fine but he never said what color and he walked back into the backroom. I thought about that and got up and entered their backroom and it was like I walked into the forbidden city. He saw me and walked fast toward me and said "You're not suppose tobe back here!" in a real hateful tone. I asked him what color of roses he was going to put in the arrangement since what I received was hideous! He almost was to the point of pushing me out of the stockroom and I was only at the entrance.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. Go shop at Kroger down the street. Better customer service and they are very pleasant!!
This place should be out of business. Such jerks and pour customer service!!
DO NOT USE – Ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my inlaws 60th Wedding Anniversary. The corsage was to be 3 white roses with off white ribbon and a one rose boutonniere.
When I arrived to pick them up, no one was at the counter. there was a gentleman working on flowers who had to know I was there - since I was watching him work. I finally had to call to him to get him to acknowledge me. The items were handed to be in a 1 gallon zip lock baggie. The ribbon on the corsage was white with a metallic green stripe. I ask for it to be changed. I was given a ribbon made out of the cheapest ribbon a florist can buy and it was only 2.5 inches in width on a three rose corsage- yes I measured it. It also had some dried flowers at the base of each rose with one piece of fern as the backing. And for this I paid $35.99. After getting no where with the change of ribbon I left. I then decided to take it to another florist for repairs. My mother in law was to wear it to church the next morning, the roses were brown. I was so embarrassed. Should have read the reviews. I know why they didn't make it in Lenox Village!!!
Bad experience – My husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday to be delivered to me as a surprise. I got a beautiful bouquet of lilies, tulips, baby's breath and orchids. They were absolutely gorgeous, but only 3 of the lilies had bloomed, or even opened.....There were about 8 other lilies that were still closed. Well I refilled the vase with water, and the next morning I wake up to 2 dying lilies! The other had browning leaves around the edges. Over the next 2 days that lily died as well as about 4 tulips that had just bloomed. I refilled the vase every day, so water was no issue. All the flowers were dying very soon after they'd bloomed. I called the florist and she said they would replace my bouquet......I just got it and the only thing in the vase are some tulips and lilies.....Nothing else. They don't even appear to have been arranged.
I thank them for replacing the bouquet at no charge, but it's nothing like the original one I received. The first bouquet was gorgeous, but the flowers were just no good. Not sure if we'll be using them again.....
ALWAYS HELPS ME OUT – I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS FLORISTS FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT STAFF THAT ALWAYS GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY WHEN DELIVERING MY ORDERS! THEY'VE SAVED ME FROM BEING IN THE DOG HOUSE MORE THAN ONCE ON MY ANNIVERSARY! THANKS SO MUCH!
Made my daughter's wedding beautiful – My daughter was married on Oct. 28th and All Occasion's did a beautiful job on the flowers. They even stayed over an hour longer than scheduled as our caterer was an hour late. I appreciated the extra time and effort. Their crew was very professional to work with. Thank you for making a stressful situation a whole lot easier!
Out of the dog house – I was in the dog house and late in the day I called this shop. With luck they were able to still deliver downtown before 5 PM to my girlfriends business. She was very impressed with the roses I ordered and saved me from getting the axe. Thanks
Poor customer service – My boyfriend went to their shop to order flowers for me for my birthday, they showed him some roses, he said were beautiful, they said, they had others, he ordered those.. those are not what came to me... mine were not healthy, nor did they look very nice. I may give them another try. not to bad on prices etc. but he got no where with a call of complaint!
MY MISTAKE THEY TOOK CARE OF – I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER FLORIST. I GAVE THE FLOWER SHOP THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY WIFE ON VALENTINES DAY AND THEY REROUTED THE DELIVERY FROM BRENTWOOD TO DONELSON ON VALENTINES DAY JUST SO SHE WOULD GET THEM ON TIME. I REALLY APPRECIATED THEM SAVING ME FOM PUNISHMENT!
Saved the Day – I totally forgot Valentines Day and the shop went out of there way to make a delivery the day of. And they were very nice and helpful.
Valentines Day delivery late, on the 15th – My flowers werent delivered on the 14th, no note, sticker or show of attempt either.
we spoke with mgmt, they said they dont refund, or guarantee delivery time, in same breath, did not offer anything except day old flowers. which i have and are wilted!
