Very poor service!! It took them way to long to get me my tags. I had to call them up and get a second temporary tag. Salesmen are rude and only want to land a sale, after that you dont matter anymore. I would not send my enemy to this rip off car lot.
This is my favorite independent car lot in the world!! They can get anyone approved and they really care about the people they help. In my opinion you can't go wrong buying your car here.

No title! – I bought a car in Jan 2012, three months later, till no tag! They seem to not know what is going on when you call. I have already made 2 payments on my car, and can't even drive it. I have had to have them mail me 3 drive out tags. I feel that they do not know how to handle their business well. I have been letting my husband handle the problem, but nothing has happened. The only person who was in there that had much sense was Tim. They only tell me that they have been waiting on the title to come in, but really 3 months later, and i still have no title or tag! I will never go back to this place to buy anything!!! Everyone that I know, has been told how they do not know how to run their buisness. Very unprofessional!!!
Bad cars – Bought a car here and transmission failed within 3 days. Do not buy
if we would've known that the transmission was going out we would never sold the auto we tell all customer to inspect or take it to a replogle service center to have it inspecd and if you wood have call us we probably took care of it wejust needed to know thank you

Bought a car and within the three weeks of having it there were several issues. It is not drivable at this time despite attempts to fix it. I will say they took the car back and fixed some things with it and were always nice about it. The last time it was fixed, there was another problem the day after with the item they fixed. Frustrated, we decided to have someone else look at it. Thankfully we do not have many payments for the car, but I am no longer able to go to work. Again this is not their issue but mine. It was too bad we didn't do this first and why I am telling you to check your car.
Check your car before you sign the paper and get the car fax. Also look up the Vin in more than one place.
Also the car showed uni body damage which was not disclosed at time of sale. Not sure how the title was clean-maybe it wasn't reported. Many of the fault lies in not having time to check for things, but they do have good customer service, are friendly and helpful. Just be smart as a buyer and make sure the ducks are in a row before purchase. You really shouldn't have that many issues with the car in two weeks after purchase. Then again sometimes things happen that are not foreseen to be fair.
Unhappy – No rating from me u get a zero in my book I have purchased several vehicles with u and thought highly of yall till I bought last car and when u lied to a family member of mine. I hope yall get back what u give out and end up on the side of road as I have many of times do to ur crappy car I bought. yeah u say engine was replaced but another mechanic laughed when I told him. this car now leaks oil and gas and if anything serious happens i will sue peggys. also how do u tell someone there approved and needed $1000 down and now ur saying $3000 down wow what liars just to get that almighty buck... Never again will me or my family ever purchase from yall again your lucky I dont park this piece of crap in front of your building with a lemon sign......
I'll do business there again – I've been buying cars for 25 years and have had both good and bad experiences. I recently bought a car at Peggy's that ended up having some problems. That's understandable, these are used cars and sometimes there will be a problem. What set Peggy's apart from the rest is how they stood behind the car and went above and beyond what I have ever seen a used car dealer do. In fact, they did more than many new car dealers will do. I will visit Peggy's the next time I am looking for a vehicle. They might not have what I am looking for, but I'm going to give them a shot at my business again.
No Stress. – The people of Peggy"s Auto are awesome. Was treated great while there and I will only buy cars from them for now on.
