I arrived at LC with the intent of buying a vehicle to do a lot of our general running in. I had decided that a 2014 Fiesta hatchback SE would suit our needs, and both the salesman and the finance person (Seven) did everything they could in moving everything along to complete the sale. They were courteous, professional, and helpful.

I had been comparing trucks online for several months. By the time my Wife and I went to Lance Cunningham, I knew I wanted a USED F150, 4x4, and I was very partial to black. What I was unsure of was whether my needs would best be suited with a Crew cab or a Super crew. My intent that day was to finally break away from my online, comparison shopping, and see my choices first hand. Honestly, I was dreading this because I knew (in my mind) that I would be facing an onslaught of pressured sales and snake oil. That turned out to be the farthest thing from the truth at Lance Cunningham. Allen Sizemore assisted us. He was very patient, informative, not at all pushy, and in my opinion represented himself and LC with utmost professionalism. He came across as a "real person", interested only in helping us find "our truck" (whether it was there or somewhere else) and not just putting another notch in his holster by "making the sale". It was cold and miserable outside that day. We went from, used trucks (didn't see anything interesting), then to new trucks. We test drove a '13 Lariat crew cab, black with gold trim. Still in the comparison mode, we left and went to Ted Russell to compare what we saw. Did not get the same feeling with that representative as we had gotten with Allen. We test drove 3 vehicles there. By this time, my wife and I realized the Super crew is what we needed, but we were uncomfortable with that sales crew. We went back to Lance and saw Allen. We wanted the Lariat we had test drove earlier, but with Super crew. He went to the lot and came back with what is now my dream truck. Black on black Lariat, fully loaded, super crew. My wife and I test drove that evening and fell in love. We closed the deal late that night. Thank you Allen Sizemore and Lance Cunningham Ford. We are very happy customers!
