WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! – Took corvette to have blinker fixed - I received a called stating they fixed blinker but that my car cut off several times and that a part would need to be ordered to fix problem and would cost me $500!! After several unreturned phone calls to Service Dept and 2 weeks later we went to dealership and was told the part was ordered and wouldn't cost us anything. Another week goes by and we finally talk to technician we were told was working on our car the entire time and he knew nothing about our car!! Service Mgr was not helpful AT ALL! Was put on hold for 20 minutes to be told they didn't know what was going on and would call back, which they did not do. We called owner several times to inform him of the poor service but he never returned our calls either. He must train the staff not to return calls! We finally got our car back after alittle over a month. No apology or anything. I would not recommend having service done to your car here. This was one of the WORSE experiences I have ever had. We were basically lied too about the status of our car on several occasions. Have talked to 3 other people who stated they also had bad experiences with this service department. BEWARE!!
great experience purchasing a used silverado – i spent awhile online searching for the exact truck i wanted in a used Silverado. i inquired by e-mail and Brian Hobock sent me a detailed email including a CARFAX. when i arrived for my appointment the truck looked better in person than the pictures online. Brian had the truck parked out front ready for my inspection. He honored the price on my old trade in we previously discussed and there were no unpleasant surprises. i was already pre approved with TVA and the entire purchase process took less than an hour. i got the exact truck i wanted at a fair price and was treated professionally with no hassles. thanks Brian for making my purchase enjoyable.
Nice People – I just got a used Silverado and for a change it was fun to by a truck. The salesman was super patient and helped me find the perfect truck. I had been looking for 4 months. I took it to my mechanic and he said it was like new! They did all the work and gave me a good price. I will definately be back!
Super service!!! – I got a great deal with NO hassle. I had shopped at three other stores and Reeder gave me way more money for my trade and a great price on my Traverse! Chris Archer could not have been nicer. The whole thing was a great experience.
Great Car Stoe – I just brought a new camaro from this dealer and it was the first great car buying expeience I ever had. I found the car I wanted on line and they told me everything before I even came in. When I got there everything was ready and it was exactly like they promised. i signed up and it was all done. They even gave me a little more for my trade then they said on the phone once they saw it. The owner Tom came over a thanked me personally for the busines. Great place
great purchasing experience – i have bought 4 vehicles from Reeder's and i go back because i am treated like family. i recognize many of the employees in sales and service. they deal in a no pressure sales enviroment which makes me comfortable. i really enjoy my new Equinox. they had a good selection to choose from.
Great until you get home. – Sales staff was fine, typical dealership. I live out of state and was told they would send the title to my BMV so I could register the car. I called several times about 3 weeks after the purchase to check on the title and wasn't able to get through and did not receive any call backs. I finally got a call back on Jan 26 (a Thursday) to say the title was in the mail to the BMV. My BMV received it late Friday and my temp tags were set to expire on the following Monday. This basically gave me one day, Monday, to get this taken care of. My wife was out of town, so I had to drive with expired tags for a day before she returned. I've never had to wait so long to get the title in the past and wouldn't use this dealership again due to the lack of customer service AFTER the sale.
excellent online purchase – i recently purchased a new equinox from Reeder Chevrolet. i did most of my research online. i contacted Chris Archer in the internet department. Reeder had the exact Equinox i was looking for. Chris was very straightforward and easy to deal with. he gave me a very fair price and there were no hassles when i came in to test drive the vehicle and later when i came in to purchase. everything was as we agreed to and it was actually very pleasant. i would highly recommend this dealership.
Great dealership...great service – I WAS A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER WHEN I WENT TO REEDER...THEY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND EVEN GOT MY PAYMENT WHERE I NEEDED IT...SINCE BUYING MY HONDA FROM REEDER I HAVE BEEN IN FOR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT BUY A CHEVY...THEY ARE STILL VERY COURTEOUS EVERYTIME I COME IN AND ALWAYS HAVE AN OIL FILTER FOR MY HONDA. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND REEDER CHEVROLET.
smooth as silk!!! – I spent two days in the market for a good reliable used car and barely had time for that, Reeder listened to my needs and helped me find a vehicle that fit my budget, they did not have exactly what I was looking for but found a vehicle for me the next day that was perfect. They were the only dealership to call me back out of the three I visited.
