We just bought a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite from Concord Honda on Monday. I would definitely go here again. I started out looking for used 2012's at all the Honda dealerships online. My husband and I actually went out and test drove one in Fremont. And then he says "babe, just get a new car...get the one you want!" So I did!!! It took me about a week to research and get price quotes from quite a few dealerships. Concord Honda definitely had the best deal! I wasn't particular about the color...which made it easier. I did all the negotiating over the phone and email and went down Monday night around 7pm to buy the van. We were greeted at the front door, my kids were given balloons while we waited for a few minutes in the waiting room, they had the van all detailed and ready for us. My husband, 3 kids and I were in and out in less than an hour. Before we left they even set up the Bluetooth on my phone and the wireless headphones so my kids could watch the movie they brought on the hour drive home. I'm in love with my new van!!!
Thank you! – I recently purchased a 2004 re-certified Honda Element from your dealership. I am writing to say "thank you". I have purchased other vehicles in the past and they were all bad experiences. And to be honest, I was worried that your dealership was going to be a nightmare. But your entire staff proved me wrong. It was a wonderful experience. I wanted to thank you for having a qualified employee that is bother trained in vehicle knowledge as well as customer service. Your sales agent Peter helped us from the beginning. I had called him earlier that morning to inquire about the Element to make sure it was still available. When we arrived around eleven in the morning, Peter was there with the key in hand and ready to test-drive. We had to bring our 13 month old daughter us and they made her comfortable and even gave her a big red balloon. It was wonderful. The facility accommodated us with patience and understanding apologizing about the time, we were there from 11am until after 3pm). Your sales agent Peter stayed with us the whole time, with out even taking a lunch break. The finance manager worked with us to get a low monthly payment and a low vehicle price. In these hard times, it's nice to know that there are still people out in this world who understand what you are going through and are able to work with you.

Once I decided to go with Concord Honda, I made a call and notified Ali of the car we wanted and that we were on our way. The car was ready when we got there and the whole deal took no more than one and a half hours; from the time we walked in the doors, to the time we drove off in our new car. AMAZING! I began by seeking quotes on the Internet from various dealerships. Not only was Ali's quote among the lowest by email, he made sure to follow up with a phone call to assure me the best price. Throughout our correspondence both by phone and email, he stood out as the most honest (by far) and kind. Ali respected the fact that I had done my research and treated me accordingly. He knew when not to "sell".
I am writing this letter to commend Ali Maloky for providing my family and I an EXCEPTIONAL service experience when we purchased a 2008 Odyssey from Concord Honda. The whole buying experience was not only painless, but also actually quiet enjoyable.
