Concord Mitsu earned my business – So ive been searching all over and going to many, many different stores for an economical car. I just want a simple, cheap brand new car but for some reason every place ive been to is not interested in selling me a vehicles except Concord mitsu. One morning I was having breakfast at McDonalds and saw an ad in the paper it was the car for the price I thought it was worth, I immediately called the number and the receptionist quickly transferred me to a salesperson, he told me that he had three cars in that price range and to come in whenever I had time, I couldn’t get off work until 8 but the guy was nice enough to stick around for me. I highly recommend this dealer because they really do have the best selection for good prices and the salesmen really value their customers.
I have been a customer of Concord mitsu for a number of years now and trust few others as I do them. Concord Service dept is full of tireless workers and they know how to get results for their cleints. As a long time mitsubishi customer, I find Concord to be the best representation of a great mitsu dealer. Always reachable, knowledgeable, and do an exceptional job on my evo. I would send my friends and family to no one else, and If you Concord Mitsubishi for your car buying or service needs, you are in good hands.
easy to deal with, will return for service – a buddy of mine gave me a business card of the salesman he last bought his car from, i decided to call him up and ask him about their Lancers don't ask why, I am just in love with them. He really knew what was in their inventory because right off the bat he told me how many they had in stock and an estimated price, I was very intrigued was made an appointment with him in an hour. He was very professional and knew what was going on, the whoel experience was great I picked out the vehicle and they put me in finance right away. I was very impressed with the fast paced service, they had no issues with my old car and I got about 6 thousand for it, which was my down payment and made my monthly payments very easy. I'm glad I listened to my friend, and I'll be handing out his business cards too to people I like.

Understanding and friendly staff, positive experience – I know the car sales game because I have many friends who've been in the auto sales game for years, and they've told me all about these tricks and tactics. It's the usual "they don't listen to you; you listen to them". In the end, you'll either end up broke or deal with the dirty aftermath of buying from another dishonest car dealership.
Since I've already been screwed by most of the dealerships in the area, I decided to do some online research a little bit outside of my comfort zone. I've really been wanting a Lancer for some time now and found Concord Mitsubishi I was expecting rude degenerates like every other dealership I've been to.
But my experience was very different at Concord Mitsubishi Not only did they NOT jerk me around with the usual salesman buddies acting like they're fighting authority to actually help us out, they were very straight forward - But they got the pricing I WANTED, approved by their GM and we were on our way to finance. Finance was great too, they LISTENED to what I WANTED, and I got what I WANTED. I was very shocked by the service I received from here and I will be coming back soon when my parents' lease ends!
I wish they had a 6 STAR rating – I have a 2005 Scion TC, and i'm always cautious about purchasing a vehicle from most dealerships. I had a lot of different and weird salesman aproach me, but i felt most comfortable at Concord Mitsubishi I'm glad to have found a good dealership who don't try to get more money out of me, instead their salesman offered me a lower invoice and helped me pick the right car that was safer for my budget. And how convenient that they deliver! I usually carpool to work so I hid the key to my car on the street and the dealer delivered my new car and drove my Scion back to the dealer. I saved so much time and money, I could not be any happier!! I will and have recommended this dealer to all of my friends and family looking for a new car!
Professional and Friendly Enviorment – No pressure from the sales guy that was helping me out. I really took my time picking a car for my daughter. I test drove three different Lancers and then finally decided on the model and color. He showed me all the features. I felt that he really was looking out for my best interest, not just selling the car. I must have been on the lot for 5 minutes before being uproached in a polite manner. They got me financed, too. I thought i was going to go through my own vredit union, but they made me an offer I could not refuse. My daughter was extatic. Great Job!
Mitsubishi OF concord sucks 05/15/2010 – I went on credit network I had some one call me by the name of Jim who referred me to Mitsubishi of concord, I spoke with Jaquan he sounded very nice over the phone I spoke with him for about 30 min on that Friday gave him in details what I was looking for what I had to put down what my credit score was. When I called him on Saturday to advice him I was coming down he didn’t remember who I was ( red flag) When I arrived he wasn’t there, When we sit down to talk you started feeding me Bull S----, he already new he could not live up to the conversation that we had over the phone after I denied the car that he already had set aside for me he then had me wait for 15 min acting as if he was going to do something different he then went to get his manger WHO tried to convince me of the same car that I already told him I did not want… when I headed out the door Jaquan came running after me telling me when I go to another dealer and they show me something smaller then don’t get mad. Bs Company, very unprofessional rude with ugly small cars.. Don’t go there!!!!
IF YOU LOVE GAMES AND BEING LIED TO, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! – I am another who will admit that I am credit-challenged, due to a recent bankruptcy, as 2009 was a horrible year. However, when I went on websites shopping for auto loans geared to people with bankruptcies, I get a call back from Concord Mitsubishi. Their sales guy touted how great he is at getting this type loan done, etc. Okay, cool. I went in with eyes wide open about interest rates, down, etc.
After a week of game playing, I backed out and was going to take over payments on my brother-in-law's car. Until he told me that his payments were $725. OUCH. Okay, back to Concord Mitsubishi. Sales dude assured me that everything was approved on the same down payment schedule, and we would do a Borrowed Car Agreement for a few weeks until the discharge papers arrived. On Thursday, the day scheduled , I arrive by taxi to pick up the vehicle. Of course, sales dude is off that day and his partner looks very uncomfortable. He leaves for a few and then comes back and tells me we CAN'T do the BCA unless I put down $2500 on the spot. Never mind that they already have a down payment that was supposedly refunded to me, but wasn't. Needless to say, I hate being lied to, so I asked to be dropped at BART. I really felt bad for sales dude's partner. He at least had the good grace to be embarrassed about the situation.
I already knew when I walked in that day that I was being lied to, as sales dude had told me that he took the vehicle off the sales lot and put it on the rooftop parking area so it wouldn't be shown. It was in the same spot it was at the time we first looked at it.
Fortunately, I was approved at two other dealerships and are picking up a vehicle today. You get one chance to burn me..Concord Mitsubishi used up that chance.
One thing that do if you split the down payment that is a bit disconcerting is that you write them a check AND they make a copy of your debit card. They don't run the check in, they debit your card instead. What's up with that?
P.S. STILL no refund on my down payment. If you are going to swipe a debit card for refund, it should be online when you do so.
