best shop in memphis – I absolutly love this store. I can actually afford clothing that i would not be able to purchase in the boutiques or department stores. The items they have come from a variety of places so you not only find one of a kind items you also have a variety of styles to choose from. I was able to buy a pair of pradas that are gorgouse and true religion, 7 for all mankind and paper cloth and denim jeans! Def a weekly trip to me (since they get new things in daily). The displays looked great and great customer service.
Quality clothing for low prices – This is a very great place to shop for high end, bargains. I love the the look of the shop. It actually look like a boutique. The staff is always very upbeat and helpful.
Not worth the trip. – Yes, you might stumble across a pair of Manolo's in this homey little resale shop, but you could find them just as cheap new at an end-of-season sale elsewhere. From the sales girl's stance on the large dead creature on the floor ("not my job!") to her lack of listening skills (asked for pants in a SIX, brought me all FOURS!), this shop is seriously lagging in the customer service department. And the dressing rooms - oh my. Tiny and dark little dungeons closed off from the shop by flimsy shower-style curtains! A throw rug is on the floor of each room, covering what appears to be ancient carpet glue covered concrete. Eww....
Definitely not somewhere I'll shop again!
love the new store! – now it's called celery - best designer clothing bargains without wading through thrift!
a bright and happy place where unique and creative women shop!
i get all my handbags here!
My favorite place to shop – This store is now called celery and it has the cutest clothes at the best prices that you can find in a consignment shop in Memphis. Everything is less than half of what you pay in stores. What they have depends on what people bring in- it's consignment after all. But if you visit a few times, you will see the new things and find something you love. The store is well-organized and easy to shop, unlike most other thrift and consignment shops. The sales people will tell you the truth- whether something looks good or not, but that is what we need to hear before we spend money!
I have found brands like Banana Republic, Nanette Lepore, Gucci, Calvin Klein etc. for great prices. Honestly, if it is less than you would pay for it in the store, than it's a bargain! No complaints about that.
new owners have ruined it – it was a great place to shop now its terrible, would not go back
