Extremely rude and unprofessional – James Pest Management came to our home to inspect for termites. Instead of telling us, "sorry you have termites" We got "It's in your face". Really? If it was "in our face" we would have had something done about it before now. Turned out "in our face" were spots behind a bed and a large plant stand. I am not really sure when I was suppose to be crawling under my bed or behind other furniture, but according to their rude, unprofessional agent the termites were "in our face" implying that we were lying. Not only was he rude, but he jabbed a knife into our baseboards to prove to my husband we had termites. Could he not have just told us politely, instead of acting like we were trying to hide something. Needless to say, we are getting a termite contract, but not with James.
Messed up first appointment...not sure about the sevice yet – Not sure about the service yet but they messed up our first appointment. The guy who did our inspection was very nice and professional. But when you take an appointment with the office, please make sure you confirm the date and time at least twice!!
Great service, knowledgeable technicians, problem solvers. – We have used James Pest for 4 years now. Their technicians are polite, knowledgeable and on time. We get a quarterly spray and annual termite spray but anytime that we see anything between sprays that is a problem, we call and they come out ASAP. For example, they have had to help us combat some problems. They take the time to inspect to find the source of the problem instead of just spraying and hoping for the best. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
Customer Service? – The level of service that was provided by the technician that came out to our home wa, s supurb; however the level of customer service you receive from some of the office staff could use some work. Our final service under our contract was rescheduled because Memphis experienced a little snow the night before. Of course we were not called to say there would not be anyone coming out to the home because they could not get in to the office to call everyone!?!?!? We were then rescchedule twice; however becuase of emergencies relative to jobs and family we had to reschedule. Before we could call back to reschedule the service we received a statement for the remaining balance because we supposedly did not follow though with our contract. I understand that the Nation is in destress at this time, but you cannot over look the needs of the customer. JPM-Memphis get it together and don't forget about the customer.
