Read All of these reviews. Guns and Ammo is the worst business in the mid-south. They are not only arrogant and discourteous to their customers, but they lie, overcharge, under evaluate your firearm on a trade, and fail to stand up for the factory warranty on a gun they sell you.

I purchased a S&W bodyguard 380, a popular backup weapon. My gun would not function properly. It would not feed the next round from the magazine into the chamber.

When I took it back to them, they inspected it (visually) and told me there was no problem and they would not do anything about it (even though S&W would have covered it under warranty).

It seems like these people go out of their way to screw their customers, even when it is not really necessary.

How do they stay in business???

Customers remember those who price gouge when things return to normal. I was in your shop for the first, and last time, last week and saw that you had doubled the MSRP on Glock magazines. Shame on you.

I bought an M9 online and picked them idiots to do business with. They would not accept my Military ID as good enough ID, I am 100% P/T disabled , highly decorated OEF/OIF veteran with a TS Clearance . I told them I do not drive. They wanted me to get s TN ID. No way!!!! I was totally disappointed with their treatment.

This place is a RIP OFF.... They want to sell you Guns at EXORBITANT Prices.... B U T, Walk In there with a GUN or 2 Y O U, Want to sell!!!!!. They TRY to STEAL It from you..

GIVE YOU NOTHING For It!! I walked in there Just this past Saturday, with 3 Guns to sell.. TWO, I had BOUGHT from these Fools! One was a Remington Hunting Rifle in .280 cal. This Gun is Pristine.. NRA Excellent... Worth 350.00 at LEAST.

They tried to give me 150.00.. An INSULT to my Intelligence!!

The next Gun was a TAURUS, P T 24/7 Compact in 9 mm.

Very good Condition in original Box with 2 Clips and paperwork..

They had ONE just like it showing in the display case asking 539.00 !!!! OFFERED me 150.00 !!! A Slap on the face.... BUT The WORST was Yet to Come.. My last Gun i wanted to sell was a SERIES 70, Mk IV COLT 45 automatic.... A N Y, COLT 45... ANY...... > is going from anywhere from 800.00 to 1200.00 and UP... NOW This Gun was a Satin Nickle model and the Finish Is ROUGH. But its STILL a COLT 1911, Series 70 Government model 45 auto, and a FINE shooter..One of THE most expensive guns you can buy ANYWHERE Today!!

They offered me 200.00 for It citing the Rough condition of The Finish... BULL $ H I T... They would have PUT That Gun up for sale for about 750.00 to 800.00, >> and IF they wanted to get it refinished, It could have Gone for 900.00 to 1000.. EASY... THESE PEOPLE ARE theives AND TRYING TO STEAL YOUR WEAPONS. They want to Give You Nothing Or little as possible, >> then sell them at MAX!!! I wont even mention the 150.00 they TRIED to offer me ona Military issue, ( World war TWO) M1 30 caliber carbine.. these Guns, IF they Look halfway decent and will shoot SELL For anywhere from 800.00 and The best of Them can go 1200.00 to 1500.00 and up !!! gun problems – Well, first, you don't understand the vehicle lemon law. There is no law in the U.S. that says if you have a problem with a vehicle you can just take it back to a delear and demand another one. The lemon law is actually pretty complex, and it is very difficult to get a vehicle replaced under it. Your vehicle has to be out of service for a minimum certain number of days for the same problem, and not every problem qualifies a vehicle for replacement under the lemon law. Then, if it does qualify, you start the lemon application, which is a lengthy process and if your vehicle is finananced, you must continue to make payments to your finance company.

Second, firearms sales and warranties do in fact work similarly to vehicle warranties, but there are differences. Firearms are warranted by the manufacturer, not the seller. Very few gunshops in the U.S. can perform authorized factory warranty work. Also, once a firearm is sold on a 4473 form, it is then considered pre-owned and techically cannot be resold as new, so a gunshop cannot just give you a new gun.

Guns & Ammo – I bought a gun from guns and ammo, as long as i was buying a gun everything was fine. The first time i went to the gun range to shot the gun i find out the gun is defected, when i took it back to guns and ammo it was like i was in a different store, i only had the gun a week or so not 2 weeks, i did'nt want my money back i just wanted a gun that works so i can defend my family from the crazys, they said i can send it back to the factory or they will do it for me. I thought sence i only had the gun not 2 even weeks that they would give me another one, they said if you buy a car and a week later it stop running the dealership want give you another one. I went on to explain thats called the lemon law, and that the first time i shot the gun which was a little more than a week later i found out then that the gun was defected. So if you buy a gun from guns and ammo on summer ave make sure your life don't depend on it because i'm without a gun to defend me and my family while they send it back to the manufacture. Now here's the killer, they don't know when i'll get it back, they said and i qoute "we don't know it could be 2 or 3 weeks or 2 or 3 months" This is not a made up story its true, if you don't believe me, buy a gun from them and let it be defected!!! You better buy two so at least you'll still have one to defend your family!!!
