I went to this store to possibly sell my wedding set which was appraised at over $4k (i didnt pick it). When I described the type of ring i was interested in buying, the salesman told me I should get another type of ring because what I described would be very expensive. Obviously I have researched the ring that I want and I am well aware of of the price range. I was all but insulted but the icing on the cake was when the "buyer" came to the front and told me he would buy my ring for $150 and actually thought i would accept the deal. What a joke. I went to two other stores before I came to Fuller's and was offered $1050 and $1250 respectively. How insulting and what preconceived notions these people had. I will make sure to blog about my experience on my store's website as I am a business owner, at my "day job" as I work for the government in the legal department (im not broke) and to every other place I can think of. The madness has to stop. Do not shop here!
New Watch – I broke my watch recently to the point where it can't be fixed and needed a replacement. I was in the neighborhood of Fuller's Jewelry and was just expecting to window shop. When I entered Fuller's, I was overwhelmed by appreciation from all of the employees. I explained what happened and that I was just window shopping for a new watch. The sales person showed me a vast collection of nice watches. After about 15 minutes of talking and looking over many watches, I decided that I was going to buy my watch right then and there. It was their professionalism and courtesy that really encouraged me to buy my watch instead of spending my time looking at other places. Thank You Ken for all your help. From now on Fuller's Jewelry is my place to buy all my watches.
Sold Gold – I recently went through some hard times and needed some quick money, so i went to Fuller's Jewelry. I read some online reviews that they offer more money for you gold. I brought in my old gold jewelry that I didn't need. I wasn't expecting much, but came out with almost double the money I expected. Josh was so helpful and understanding. He made my experience the so heart-warming. Thank You Fuller's for your buying my gold and letting me get back onto my feet with that extra money.
Believe the commercial – My family and i have been going to Fuller's for years. They have always been very helpful, courteous, and creative about getting me exactly what I need. It's been probably 15 years, and as long as i have been going there, there haven't been a whole lot of new personel coming and going thru there and to me that says allot. Keep up the great work.
Broken Necklace – I just received my grandmother's necklace a few months ago and my son accidentally knocked out one of the emeralds. I googled jewelry stores around the area and found Fuller's Jewelry. I took my grandmother's necklace to see if it could be fixed and how much it would cost. The associate that help me told me that it could and gave me a price to fix it. The price shocked me, as i thought it would cost a lot more than what she told me. In about ten minutes she came back with the necklace fixed and cleaned. I couldn't believe the price and speed of service.
Engagement Ring – My girlfriend and I just moved here and I was looking to buy her an engagement ring. I didn't know of any place down here, so I Googled jewelry stores and found Fuller's Jewelry. We went into the store and had the best experience in any kind of store. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing. I was able to get her the ring she wanted and it didn't cost a fortune like i thought it would be. The diamond was of the best quality and the ring was well designed. I have to thank everyone at Fuller's for making our experience a great one.
Thank you Fuller
Great Customer Service – I have used Fuller's for the past year primarily to sell gold; the prices and service were the best I have found.
In May 2011 I was celebrating my 10 year anniversary and like any good husband I waited to 2 days before the date to buy a gift for my wife. The service I received was great in finding a great ring for my wife & at a great price; Fuller's was able to size the ring within 1 business day.
Thanks Fuller's for an excellent customer experience!
Disappointed in Fuller's Jewelry – After entering Fuller's and not being greeted or acknowledged by any of the clerks behind the displays, I preceded to look around the store. I wanted to have a family heirloom cleaned but browsed their selection until someone was available.
A woman came in the store behind me and a store clerk came out of nowhere from a back office to help her promptly. I admit I am a little young looking but there is absolutely no reason to not be acknowledged in a store who claims to treat you like family. I guess that's only some people.
After about five more minutes the same woman came over to me and said, " Are you here to sell gold, or did you want to buy something?" Most people who are trained in customer service would address a possible customer differently. She automatically assumed the only reason I could be in that store was to sell jewelry.
I was extremely disappointed in their level of customer service and will not return to this store for any reason.
Fuller's Made our Anniversary Amazing! – I can't say enough about the incredible customer service, professionalism and desire to make our day amazing this jeweler went through.
Due to an allergy, we wanted to change out my yellow gold wedding set to a platinum set. We went to Fullers at 4:00pm on Sat., found the PERFECT set, and in an hour they had reset my solitaire securely in the new band, sized the rings perfectly, and even given us a very fair quote on the gold.
It would have been easy for them to say, "come back Monday", but they went through hoops to make our Sunday something special.
Everything about our experience was amazing. I will recommend them to anyone, and plan to shop there again.
Fuller's Ruined My Engagement – We bought our engagement ring from this store. the side stone fell out, they replaced it with a different color stone. then they ordered in the wrong size replacement. then the ring was too tight. they offered us a refund, that they sent to the wrong address. they didn't have our correct names or information on file. they will now not offer a refund.
Here there is a lack of professionalism. They should have known from the beginning that sizing that diamond was going to ruin the structure of the ring. Not inspecting the diamonds originally to notice that one of the prongs were loose. Doing a very shotty job on the first repair and stating that my concern about the two different colored diamonds was typical and lying to me about noticing a very big difference. Not okay. How can they let merchandise go out of there store like this with a good feeling. To top it off, they STILL did not having the right information about the purchaser of the ring, the person that spent a load of his Grandfathers inheritance, on file. They treat you like one of the family… I think not. This experience has completely ruined my engagement. What is supposed to be a symbol of love and commitment is now a symbol of grief and frustration. All I want is a refund from this establishment and to cut ties but now they won’t give me one, Robert said I would grow to love it. He said that he had made me happy. Do I sound happy?
