Great Service – Doug and his team did a fantastic job. They were responsive, followed up with status updates, and showed a genuine concern regarding providing information and getting the best deal on my repairs. The service was great and my car was detailed and looked like new upon pick up which was the exact day they estimated!
service king sucks – My insurance company told me to take my vehicle over to this facility.... I have changed insurance companies for how this bodyshop took care of this claim and why they sent me to this crap facility. This facility delivered my vehicle dirty and not all of the damages were fixed. Since they told my insurance company that my car was ready Enterprise stating charging my card because the repairs were compete.... or so they said. When I talked to the manager he said that there was nothing that he could do about the rental car even though the repairs were not complete. They had my vehicle another 4 days at my cost ($200.00)
I complained about the smell that was in my car to the manager and the manager said that was the treatment facility next door. I never knew what a treatment facility was but to find out it is where everyones toilet water goes. After feeling sick for a few weeks i decided to get a new car and let someone else deal with the bad smell and the poor quality workmanship....BYE BYE Natiowide and Service King you wont get me business again
RUDE! – Not a good experience for me - would not go back. They were rude and not helpful - I asked for an estimate and they said said they could not give me one without approval from my insurance company - I told them it was just for me and I would pay for it - they still refused. I had my car towed away. Stay away unless you are prepared to put up a fight. I was not.
Good Service – It has always been a good experience. I have been to them 4 times now. One time they took a little more time but the end result was great. This is a great place if you are looking for body shop. They are quite professional and helpful.
Car repaired – Justin and his crew provided me with a painless
repair. They were professional and quick to provide
answers. They kept to their schedule.
If I ever has to do this again it will be with Justin.
Best shop in Texas – So my insurance company told me to drop it off and that it would take about 3 weeks to repair. Service King had it back to me in 5 days and it looked perfect. My thanks to Service King.
I picked up my Jetta yesterday and the repair and paint looked very good. The service staff that was present when I arrived went through everything with me that I needed to know for the short term care with respect to the new paint on the replaced parts.
I want to thank you personally for the exemplary service you yourself provided and I appreciate the phone call and e-mails that updated me on the progress & status of my vehicle. I've experienced several collision repair centers in my history as a car owner; however, no center has come close to the great level of service that you have provided me these past few weeks. forget your car for 2 months or more – Following an accident, my car was repaired in Service King Carrollton. They initially delayed the repair by 2-3 weeks and the rental car coverage by my insurance policy expired and I had to go 2 weeks with out a car. When I got the car back, they had made additional paint scratches on the car, the dash board had brake warnings and the passenger door will not open with the key less. These are the few defect that I discovered(not sure if there are more). When I dropped my car off for fixing the problems they introduced, I was told it would take 1 day to fix them. I dropped it off on the Friday. On the Tuesday and they say that the car has only made it to the paint shop. I have to go another week without a car - it affected my personal business and caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. After all this if I call to inquire about the status of my car the receptionist would not direct me the call to correct representatives because they are either not in, not able answer the call or in a meeting. No one would take responsibilities for their action
