I would not recommend - when I bought my groupon the reviews were more favorable ones than not but I see obviously their service has fallen down in the last month since I made my groupon purchase. (The groupon was for 3 rooms I only have 2 and he did not even clean the small area rug already on the living room floor over the other carpet as I asked- so basically cleaned 1 1/2 rooms) . He called at 8 am which was the appointment time and arrived at 8:35 am. He was loading up to leave at 9:15 am - so to say I take longer to vacuum the 2 rooms of carpet he did than he did cleaning them is no joke. I always expect the UPSALE with any of these "DEALS". As stated on a review below they came in with a flashlight pointing out pet urine "stains" and trying to upsale for $60 a room which I expected (which were treated supposedly by another company years ago so I am on to that trick now). When I declined he acted as if he did not even want to do the job - he actually stated "there really isn't any need to do it then". I told him my main focus was to remove the dirt /traffic area stains on the carpet. There was a spot in my bedroom after he left I took a dry cloth and removed some dirt. The bedroom carpet is soaking wet as if he did not take time to extract it as well as he did the upstairs. I had a Bissell steam cleaner that recently broke after many years of faithful service that did a better job than this guy did. I had cleared all the extra furniture out of the bedroom but he chose to start upstairs while I was clearing out that room. Dissatisfied is not even close. Unfortunately these people do not realize that had he done a better job perhaps I would use them again and recommend them - maybe I would upgrade in the future for pet "urine" stain removal. Now I will avoid this company and let everyone know how terrible of a job they did.
Technician literally RAN AWAY! (Groupon $55 for 5 rooms.)
First off, the guy pulls up in a van marked Wayne's Carpet Cleaning so obviously, Baby Soft farms out their jobs.
The guy walks in and looks around with his little UV light looking for pet stains and found them in a small closet. He offers to charge $60 for pet stain removal and I stated that I wasn't interested and to just clean the 5 rooms please. He said that he would need to speak with his manager to see if it was okay to just clean without treating??? The guy pulls out his phone, leaves the house and gets in his truck. I'm assuming he's speaking with his manager when he literally slams it into gear and floors it! The guy literally sped away!
Obviously, if Baby Safe cannot up sell a Groupon then they really aren't inclined to provide service. Hey Baby Safe! If you cannot afford to provide the service as it is outlined in a Groupon, then don't bother. A total BAIT and SWITCH company.
Do not use this company! I bought a living social voucher for $40 for 3 rooms and a hallway, when Kermitt came out, he told me it would be an additional charge of $40, $50, or $60 per room (depending on how clean I wanted my carpet). No where is this printed in the fine print section of the vouchers or on the website. The add'l charges listed on the website are for moving furniture or carpet protector. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, and my carpets (which were not all that dirty to begin with) looked exactly the same. Even if I wanted to pay the ridiculous price of $40, $50, or $60 price per room on top of the $40 I already paid, he said that he didn't even have the necessary solution or tools on the truck to do it. When he left, I found his foot protectors left on my front step and could tell that he did not "clean" behind doors or around the furniture...he only did the open space in the middle of the rooms...I could tell this by feeling that the carpet was damp in the middle but dry around furniture and behind doors. After calling repeatedly and emailing, I finally got a call back. There was no real apology or attempt to make it right with a REAL cleaning or a refund. I was basically told, "What did I expect for $40? It's just hot water." Well, I expect that I will never use them again, will not refer anyone to them, will give more honest reviews on other websites, will complain to Groupon and Living Social, and will dispute the charge.
I am VERY disappointed. I have called at least 30 times to get an appointment. The calls have gone to voice mail all but 1 time. Set up appt. waited NO SHOW. They will not call me back. Now I want a refund. Tired if trying to get my carpet cleaned before the expiration date in two weeks
Do NOT use Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning. I paid for a service to be used on Dec 31st. They were three hours late, then never showed. They agreed to call me to reschedule, but I never heard back. A week later, on Jan 6th, I spoke with the owner and requested a refund of my pre-paid service. He agreed and since then has claimed it was in the mail. My last conversation with him (three weeks ago), he said if I didn't receive the check the next day to let him know and he would deliver it to my house. I called back the next day and my number had been blocked. I have left messages on their voice mail for the last three weeks, and have never heard back. Please save yourself the headache and use any of the several other reputable carpet cleaning companies in the area.
Horrible service without even getting the service! WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE! They've been scheduled twice now to come and clean my carpet and both times NO SHOW! And I've had to miss work TWICE!
They didn't even bother to call to cancel or reschedule, nor did they apologize or have a reason for not showing up when I called them. Plus they would not answer my calls or respond to my voice messages for days.
All they said was; 1st time: "welll we see where you were scheduled, I don't know why no one showed up". 2nd time: "well I remember talking to you and rescheduling for today, I don't know why you're not on the work list for today".
My wife purchased a Groupon deal, which I was very skeptical at first. But surprisingly they showed up within the time frame they said. They did a professional walkthrough and pointed out some areas that I didn't even see. They got right to work and didn't outstanding job. Even if my wife didn't buy a Groupon I would still use this company. Great job
Can I give a 0 score? Seriously, don't use this carpet cleaning company.!! I had a horrible experience with them.
The man who came to service our carpets, Edgar, broke two of the tiles on our bathroom floor after trying to replace the transition strip between our master bedroom carpet and the master bathroom. He, of course, didn't tell us about it. When we discovered the broken tile we called the "company" (which is owned by a guy named Robert... it's just the two of them!) but he will not call us back. It cost us $120 to repair the damage they did to the tiles while servicing the carpets. My husband and I have collectively called at least a dozen times and he never answers. I went to report it to the Better Business Bureau and, not surprisingly, they are not accredited with them. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere.
Great results! – I'm so impressed by Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning. I bought a Groupon for their service and was a little worried I would get inferior service due to the discounted price. Not at the least bit! The technician was on time and called me when he was on his way, he was very polite and really took his time to do an awesome job. My carpet looks fantastic! I will definitely use this company again.
carpet cleaning – This cleaning company came to my house and got stains out of my carpet that I couldn't get out. I was skeptical until it worked.
