Great Style - Friendly People - Fast Servcie.
Penny's salon offered us great hair styling at bargain basement prices. My dauther who is a senior in high school, my mother who is a senior and myself - I have a professional career - all had our hair done at Penny's and all of our needs were met. We were walk-ins with no previous knowledge of what the salon had to offer but we all had a great experience and we were very happy with the service, friendliness and efficiency at the salon. It may not look fancy but I rather pay for my services only than the 'higher end' looking salon's decor. It's not many places that can satisfy three generations at the same time... with both modern looking and reasonably priced haristyles. My dauther has long hair and she had a cut and style and grandma and I had our hair washed and styled.
