I am thoroughly satisfied with the customer service, most especially with the help I received from your sales representative Paul Conner. I believe that he embodies everything about great customer service--great knowledge in your products, a willingness to really spend time with the customer, a desire to truly know and appreciate the person, and a sincere interest in getting potential customers on the most suitable bike--all the while trying to strike up' a deal which culminates in a win-win situation. Paul truly goes out of his way to make the shopping experience what it should be--informative and pleasurable, and (on the business end) profitable. He and other sales reps' at East Bay' are the types of people that inspire customers (or shall I say future clientele) to keep coming back'. All told', I'm very pleased with the great service.
I must say that my experience with East Bay was the best. I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else. You are 100 miles away, but I like the people, product and prices the best. My Kawasaki was the best item for price and the expert sales staff made me feel welcome, even as a beginner. I tell everyone I know where to shop.
I was very pleased with the service I received when purchasing my 2007 GSXR 600. The Sales Representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful-answered all my questions. I would like to say Thank You to Don Reiff and Todd...you guys are great...and Don thank you for the great deal--you're the best. I am totally enjoying my bike.
I recently purchased an '06 Yamaha YZFR1. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever conducted buying a motorcycle or vehicle. Worked with the Sales Manager Don through the phone and spent less than an hour at the dealership picking up my bike and signing on the line. There was no haggling or back and forth, straight forward deal. I went on through the F&I office to do the DMV paperwork and the ease continued on there and on through the parts department. I plan on making all of my future motorcycle purchases with this dealership. Being I ride dirt and street, I buy a new bike every couple of years.
I like going in your store and looking at all the bikes and merchandise you have. Your store is the best.
I wanted to make sure that I wrote in and made a comment on how good the service is at your dealership. I've come in for service before and your guys there are real cool and low key. So I said the next bike I buy it will be here. I e-mailed you guys about a bike, when I got there and Jason qualified me. I had picked the wrong bike, he quickly sold me up to a better bike and turned a possible disappointment into an awesome experience. I said I was in a hurry, I don't want to put anything down, I want the best price, and I don't want to spend more than $100.00 a month on my payment. He maid sure he met all my requirements. The bike is sick, my money is in the bank, I was in and out in about an hour and everybody digs my new ride. EBMS Rocks!!!!

i just purchased an 07 kawasaki 900 custom on thanksgiving weekend,i was very impressed with your company,i was not expecting to ride awaya on a new bike,as my credit was in bad shape.the sales person i talked to was jason williams,he took the time to look into my situation and helped me purchase a new bike the next day.i also talked to bill abel in parts and he was very helpful with all my questions about accessories for my bike.my overall impression about your dealership was great,thanks. i also want to say that your finance manager and general manager were great.thanks

I took my son, Chris Kelly, to East Bay Motor Sports to Purchase a 2005 Kawasaki 500 Ninja. Being his first Bike I wanted him to ride what I had rode as a young man. (Kawasaki) Your sales department was outstanding. My Son and I took the time to discuss what we wanted without any sales pressure. Once we decided on the Bike, your sales department was fast, friendly and efficiently quick, getting us through the finance process. As good an experience that purchasing our bike was, I am writing this comment because of one person in your service department. Her name is Connie. About 2 weeks ago, my son had his first problem with his bike, he wound up dropping the bike. A bent fork and front rim was the damage done. I called for my son and spoke to Connie. She said "No problem, bring the bike in and lets see what we can do". The next day, service called and gave us the price for repairs. The parts department got our approval to order the parts on Thursday, May 26th. They said the parts would be ordered that day. We should have the bike back by the following Thursday. On Saturday the 28th my son called to see if the parts we ordered. He was surprised to learn they had not been ordered. With Monday being a holiday, I called once again and spoke to Connie on Tuesday the 31st of May. Connie took my number, and within an hour had returned my call. She assured me the parts were in fact ordered and would be there the next day. She also assured me we would have my son's bike back no later than Thursday, the day we were told it would be ready. Both times that I have spoke with Connie, she has been professional, courteous, shown great customer care, as well as quick follow up and resolve to our questions and needs. I looked on this web site, hoping to send this e mail to an owner or perhaps one of her bosses. Since I could not find a name of one of her superiors, I am writing this here, in hopes someone at East Bay Motorsports will see this and bring it to one of their attentions. Good Work East Bay, for having a great staff. A special "Thank You" to you Connie, for making us feel important as "Customers" after the sale. Great Job.
