About 9 months ago, I had an appointment for a 6 month check up/cleaning. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that they did not have me on their schedule. The following visit went fine, but at the end, the office staff told me they only had morning appointments available for my next visit. I work mornings, so thinking they might have other times available later, I told them I would just call back later to make my next appointment. When I called & made that appointment the lady explained I was on a periodontal treatment plan & I had to be seen every 3 months. I wondered why the dentist had not explained this to me before. So, I made the appointment for months. When I arrived on appointment day, I was told they were running 40 mints. behind. I had other appointments and couldn't wait that long so I made ANOTHER appointment. On that day, I waited 30 mints to be seen, & then be told that I was NOT on a periodontal program & that my insurance wouldn't pay for this visit, & it would cost me $138. I told her I just wanted to be seen when it was really time for me to, I didn't want to pay out of pocket for a visit I didn't need. They apologized, but unfortunately I can't waist anymore time with these people. While I was in the lobby waiting to be seen, 2 other people were having the same issues that day with them. They need to get it together! I'm done, time to find another dentist. This is crazy.
ORAL BUTCHERS!! – On Dec 28th I went to se Dr Christensen for tooth pain. He immediatly recommends extraction because it is a wisdom tooth. He tells me that he doesn't do tooth extractions so he refers me to Dr Mukherji. Dr Mukherji pulls the tooth and recommends that I have him remove the othr wisdom tooth on the same side to prevent future problems. Coming from a physician, I accept his advice and agree to the second extraction. For weeks on end post-operavively, I have an open non-healing wound in my mouth. I go back several times and they can't seem to correct the problem. At this point in time I am referred to an oral surgeon named Dr Nelson. Dr Nelson looks at the exposed bone and inflamed wound in my mouth and tells me that he doesn't wish to correct the problem. Finally, I go to my normal family DR for a routine check up and he tells me that there was nothing wrong with my teeth...... I had a SINUS INFECTION THE WHOLE TIME!!!! Freaking money hungry mouth butchers!! ...No more money from this guy!!
Love the staff! Love the dentist! Always caring! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist since I was a child. I have felt so comfortable and relaxed at this facility that I will not hesitate to return for routine visits.
Worst service ever!!! – Monarch Dental at 6909 Green Oaks Road in Fort Worth near Ridgmar Mall has the worst service ever as far as dental service is concerned! They can not keep their appointment times organized, they call to confirm your appointment, you get there and they tell you that your appointment is now at a different time. I also was promised a cleaning at my initial pre-screen visit with xrays and exam to avoid coming back for a second visit. This was not the case on the date of my first appointment....they did the X-rays and exam and told me I would have to come back in 4 months for a cleaning. Unfortunately I came back...they miscommunicated my appointment time the day prior and then told me to come back in 4 more months again. I later requested dental records, which they only sent the X-rays (no records at all) and along with the X-rays was a letter denying me service that they could no longer keep my appointment even 4 months from now with no explanation. They have scammed my insurance for an inital exam and X-rays and did not clean my teeth, now they can not do the cleaning at all!!!! Now I must go someplace else to get another initial exam done and start all over just to get a simple cleaning. They have underhanded upsales they attempt...such as flouride treatments, deep cleanings, etc. that are not included in most employer's dental insurance plan. If you refuse these additional services, and just want your cleaning only...they basically will just not serve you and make it seem as if they have no appointments available. I later called anonymously to schedule a cleaning with a fluoride treatment etc. and they had appointments available immediately within the next few weeks. HOW STRANGE!! When I gave them my name and later told them I wont need they flouride treatment but still need the cleaning...they cancelled my appointment again. They seem very greedy and the office manager there (Shelley) seems to be very unprofessional unable to run the place efficiently.
