Kim is the best – I've been going here for 8 years. I've had several people there do my nails and was satisfied with the results. Then I met Kim and I LOVE her. She takes her time and does an exceptional job! Her manis and pedis last for a looong time!

I know Daisy also does an exceptional job......

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON! – I thought this would be a place that I'd like to be a regular at but my visit yesterday has forever changed my mind. I even went on an afternoon where there was no wait. The Vietnamese male employee there was absolutely rude -- he didn't acknowledge me and would hold my feet down so forcefully that I was cringing in pain. In addition, he spoke horribly about other people (including his main boss) to the other employees (whispering in Vietnamese). Then somehow, he could not even complete a french tip. Rather, he painted my freaking toes and never wiped the polish off my skin). In addition, he cut my skin so when he poured some of that rubbing alcohol on it, it burned like hell. The nails are abrasive and rough and well, too bad, Mason's Nails, you have the worst employees and you've lost a customer who tips well.

the true heaven on earth – DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! I saw this salon used on a news report on how to keep a salon clean, So I gave them a try when I was in the area. Ever since then, I have been coming back every 2 weeks for a manicure and pedicure.. *even if i have to drive 45 minutes from the woodlands to come down.*

The staff is great, funny, and friendly. Daisy does the best waxing and fullsets. She is a doll. She always gives me a shoulder massage when I am drying my nails.

I usually like trying different places, but this place is the one I have stuck to for the past 4 years. Now, everytime I walk in to door, they practically treat me like family.

The services are great and they offer soo many varieties of treatment. The spa is my personal favorite and the hot stone oil massage...

Avoid for ALL WAXING needs... – I realize this place isn't known or advertised for their bikini waxing, rather their mani/pedi work, however, I thought it looked like a legit place and read some decent reviews on it so went here for an inexpensive wax.

Just know one thing.... Never, ever, ever, ever, NEVER get a bikini wax here. The emloyees are not trained, I was picking off hard bits of wax from my crotch all evening... they are not efficient (i.e. spread the wax on your bikini area, turn around, realize there are no waxing strips pre-cut, so proceed to cut a few while the cheap wax is literally drying (not to mention burning...) on your crotch...)) and while I was definitely no "amazon women" before, I was SHOCKED to get home and really examine how many pieces she missed completely. AWFUL, awful, awful.

Now I am completely scarred and, um, ahhhhem, marked, bruised, etc all over that area, which is incredibly embarassing. Mind you, I got this done about 3 1/2 weeks ago and the area is still a complete mess.

I will NEVER return to this place as long as I live for a wax, for a manicure, for a free 3 hour long massage, NOTHING! AWFUL!!!!!!!!! I am soooo sorry I wasted 20 minutes of my life at this place and even felt the need to be decent and tip the poor soul her $3.

NOTE TO OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS: seriously, either shut your waxing services down completely or get with the times, the trends (and, not to mention required sanitation laws) and some modern equipment (wax should be applied with a thick tongue depresser, not by a 1980's looking deoderent bottle) and get your employees some training in waxing, AND in customer service.

avoid going right before close – i went with a couple friends recently and we were all dissatisfied with the quality. 2 full sets and one pedicure. they were in a hurry to leave and rushed their work. our nails look horrible: not even, not adhered well. they cut cuticles three times in one sitting. not the best service for the money. the facilities are very poor.

Great find in Montrose... – Have been coming here for years. They offer a variety of spa-related services, but I've only had mani/pedicures. Friendly staff. Never too long of a wait.
