Especially Poor – It was a special event and it reminded me to not patron the establishment again. The customer service was poor, waited 30 minutes to get orders placed due our waitstaff required song dance routine. Our hostess came to aid our table once they flagged down but this was rare sight. Later, we asked to speak to manager Gomez, who after pushing out our order then attended to us. He provided us with his excuse, his card, and that was his last appearance.

The menu reflected a great variety of steam pots but even the waiter could not determine difference. Specifically, the Adam pot and the Original pot appear the same unless your our waiter who attempted to sniff the pot. Later, we determined the difference by a close look of the contents the pot.

In closing, i think the value was not worth cost. Go expecting to see good child like entertainment, fair tasting food, and poor customer service. But I will not return.

A colorful seafood restaurant for kids of all ages--especially the younger ones. – In Short
Admittedly kitschy, unavoidably noisy, this Red Lobster for rug rats is like an oversized seaside shanty awash in oceanic memorabilia--fishing nets, souvenir trinkets, plastic flotsam and jetsam. Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. Finicky children opt for corndogs or hamburgers; shellfish-phobic adults dine on rib eye steak or mesquite-grilled chicken.
