I was surprised at this point, most of the time when I walk in big stores no one has time to greet anymore. He quickly help me with my purchase by asking me about my budget and what I was looking for. I'm glad to say I would recommend this store. Thanks Mike! ;)

I went into Hilton looking for a couch. Within 5 minutes I found exactly what I wanted and a kitchen table to top it off. They have a great selection and so many styles that it was hard not to want everything. Doug assisted me and was outstanding. He made me some great deals and made sure I was in my price range. He was very considerate and helpful to me and my family. Doug honestly treated me like I was his daughter. Mr. Hilton was there at the time and was very polite and talked to my 4 year old like he had known him for years. For the owner of such a large company him taking the time to speak with people shows such a good character. he really showed his customer are important. I would recommend this place because they have such a good selection and great prices plus they really try and work with you in all aspects. They try to always have a solution that will take care of you.
Ticket # 035455 I have purchased furniture from Hilton furniture, and it has been one one of the worst experiences of my life. They have taken all the FUN out of furniture.We also purchased the insurance regarding cleaning and stain protection. After five months of dealing with theiir store and cleaning people, I can honestly say they do not honor their contracts. We were supposed T to have it cleaned for Easter and now it is Memorial day and we still do not have our furniture in the house cleaned. They will tell you anything to purchase the furniture from them. And they will lie to you through their teeth if they sell you anything especially if it involves a warranty. Over 70 phone calls, and six personal visits, we are at a standstill with them. Now they tell us they will not honor their warranty and only offer us a 20% discount on a new purchase.Supposedly all our problems occurred while Hilton was in China. No one was capable of doing anything until he returned. Why would I want to buy more furniture when I can't even enjoy my current furniture? By this time my Husband's blood pressure and mine is shot. I recently had a by pass. This is not a health friendly store. Tony Mack and Doug have lied to us continuously over this year. Some of our furniture has come back to us after three different pickups and cleaning. The stains are set and will never come out. They dragged their feet too long on the actual cleaning. Their repairmen cracked my door interior entrance and they also ripped my love seat in taking off the feet. I have photographs of each delivery and the damage they caused my house. Be very careful to aavoid this place. To purchase anything from here, is a BIG MISTAKE.
Ticket #067921 Our Experience with Hilton Furniture on Sunday Feb 10th, 2013:
My husband and I visited your store on Sunday, February 10th, 2013. We were looking for a sectional for our home. Our salesmen, Samuel and Doug were very helpful in assisting us in finding that perfect sectional. We were promised a prompt delivery that night and we left the store very happy. When we got home and started preparing the house for the arrival of our new sofa, we got a call that the sectional was not available at the store until Monday and that the piece that we were promised was just the floor model and could not be sold. Disappointed, we agreed to the rescheduled window for Monday which was 11am – 3pm. We felt that we had no other choice. But unfortunately, Mondays are always bad at any job and of course, as soon as I got to work, it was hectic already. Same for my husband at his job. So we called to reschedule another window for Monday which was 5-8pm. We waited n waited n waited. Finally we called the store at 9pm asking for the status on our sofa. We were told that it was already on the way when in fact it wasn’t. I told the gentleman who answered the phone to have the delivery driver call me directly, maybe I could get a straight honest answer out of him instead. He called me 20 minutes later and said that he just left the warehouse and that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He got to my house at 10pm….with a broken sofa. At this point, I’m already frustrated, tired, and mad as hell. Add the fact that I’m pregnant to that mix and…well…need I say more??? It was 11pm by the time they finished setting everything up. They wrote on the ticket that we were owed a replacement sofa and that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and not a single phone call from the store about the replacement. I called the store at 11am and after a few phone transfers, was told that the sofa replacement would be delivered after 12pm. We received the furniture a little before 12pm and it worked fine. All in all, I am somewhat satisfied with the furniture that we received, very satisfied with the salesmen, Doug and Samuel, dissatisfied with the delivery process. But, there is a huge communication gap between the salesmen and the warehouse crew. We are satisfied how they were able to correct their mistakes. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at Hilton Furniture again, and that's a fact Jack.

Ticket:067649 I visit the store in a Sunday in February 3 to find a twin mattress.I walked around the store for 10 minutes,But nobody helped.I had to go to the desk that was in the entrance and a women called Flor,even do she was occupied, she show us all the mattress,she answered all our questions.Thanks to her, we bought the mattress that we wanted.I wish there was more salespersons like her.
I have been looking for a new living room set for 2 years, I have been to just about EVERY furniture store from 45 and main to 2920 and 45. Noone had anything like I wanted even Mattress Mac! My husband and I were out one last time to see if by any chance we could find something I liked. Which neither one of us thought was likely. We happened upon Hilton furniture by accident (we made a wrong turn). We decided to go in and check it out, and are SO glad we did. We were greeted by the BEST sales person we have ever incountered (Flor). She was kind, knowledgable, polite, honest and very helpful. This store is approximatly a hour away from our house and I promise as long as Hilton has wonderful staff like her we will continue to purchase our furniture from them.

Ticket # 066670 I love HIlton!!!! My family and I just purchased our third room from there!! The salesmen are fantastic and work hard to get you some really great deals!!!! The financing is a piece of cake!!! I recommend Hilton Furniture and Mattress to all who will listen!!!! We already know what new room we will be furnishing on our next trip to Hilton!!! We have used Dale on the last two purchases and he has never let us down!!!!
Hello would like to write a few thing about my experience with Hilton furniture about a year ago I ordered a dinnette set when it arrived one of the chairs was damanage and they say it would be three wks before a replacement would be available I did get the chair in 1 wk before guest arrived. And said I would no use them again .Well a decided to give them another chance and ordered a living room set and queen side bed .Quincy was my sale person and said the furniture would be ready in 2 to 3 wks the livingroom furniture was to be custom covered in a light blue. Quincy was very nice and helpful but the rest was I nightmare I received a phone call on Monday Oct 8 that my furniture would be deliveried Friday Oct 12 between 1pm-4pm I called the delivery center @ 2pm friday on a update on time of delivery and was told that quincy had no right to tell that the furniture would be delivered today. So I call Quincy who stated the delivery truck did not come in thursday night but was on it's way but I would have furniture today Mine you I had gotten rid of bed and living room furniture in antispation of the new furniture.At 6pm
I call again was told Quincy when to pick up furniture the make a long store short @ 9pm Quincy brought the queen side bed and told me that the sofa had not come . and
would be deliveried sometime next wk. .Got a phone call Sunday and was told the living room furniture would be here monday night between 8-10pm Well about 9:30 pm they arrive and the furniture is the wrong color instead of a light blue it's a grayblue (slate) call Quincy to tell him it's the wrong color and the delivery man tells me I need to hurry and sign because he has other deliveries Itry to tell him I'm talking to Quincy becasue this is not the color I ordered ,the delivery man told me he was not his problem and that he had another delivery in Kemah and I need to get off the phone and sign the paper work. I did talk to QUINCY the next day and now I have to wait 3 more wks for the color to be redone I'm not sure were the break down in comunicate occurred but ware house personnel and delivery people .is bad.So now we'll see what will happen next
