If if you are not Irish. I have been going to Mr. C's for over five years. It is the best traditional bar you will find in Houston. It has numerous TV's with different ball games. Bar babes are great!

place to go after work. i went to this bar because my friends go here after work. I bartend at Benji's in rice village. something that really bothered me was one of my friends ordered an alabama slama and they made it into a drink. well, my friend had ordered 4 shots under my tab so all they did was drain it into 4 shots. whenever i got my tab, they had charged my for the 4 shots and i looked over at my friend's tab (who had the drink before the shots) and only charged her for the drinks. 28 dollars for a shot that was only 7 dollars for a drink is ridiculous. I could've drained it and not charged someone 21 dollars to do so. i'm not ignorant and it offended me. i tried to say something but they insisted that i was being irrational. i left them a 22 percent time (i normally leave at least 50 percent b/c i'm industry) only b/c the one cocktail server shouldn't have been punished for another person's ignorance.
