Horrible Massage. Ok, I got this as a gift for Christmas, and expected a relaxing massage. The ambience and atmosphere was great, but the massage was a barely scratch the surface kind. She seemed inexperienced and barely used any pressure. It was pretty bad.
This one-of-a-kind French retreat uses Clarins products exclusively..
The Scene
The sophisticated red, white and blond-wood interiors are exactly what one would expect from a French sanctuary for the skin. The only particularly posh spot is the pink-hued, circular relaxation room. The rest of the clinical-feeling environment sends the message that this spa is less about pampering and more about wellness for the body. Individual changing rooms are fully stocked with Clarins products, including the famed Bust Beauty products to be used after a spell in the private shower, post-treatment.
The Services
All facial and body treatments focus on restoring the skin. Clarins is known as one of the most elite and effective, albeit expensive, products on the market. The service providers are trained in the smallest intricacies of the line and send their customers home with a detailed suggestion sheet for what products to use and when to use them. Pregnancy massages and products are available as well.

busymomof3. I had a good full body massage, excellent facial, Ruggles lunch, great manicure and pedicure. I didn't appreciate the fact though that the makeup/beauty session was used as an opportunity for them to try and load my basket up with products to buy. I did turn down the makeup application, much to the artist's confused look, but after an excellent facial it just didn't make any sense to me as to why I would need to have makeup applied.
Great place to relax.. Love the relaxation room. Nice and friendly staff. Excellent hydrating facial!
relaxation at its highest!!!. It is a great place, my only complaint is that I feel that they take a while to start your treatment. But other than that the ladies are very good at what they do!
