We employ all master hair stylists, who have extensive professional experience helping many people achieve the attractive look they desire.
Vilma & Glow are the BEST! – I have never had a facial, and Vilma was fabulous..she is so eloquent in her profession...I recommend her for everyone!!
Then, I got a full body massage from Glow Root, and her tenderness to detail within my key spots was right one.
I have breast cancer, and both of these ladies helped my stress go away...for one day...i was able to relax and feel okay.
Hot Stone, Deep Massage or both, you can't go wrong!!! – I have been to this spa 3 times since relocating from the Northeast to Houston. Glow has been superb and continues to be. Never a disappointment, always professional and courteous.
My first massage was strictly hot stone then I tried a deep massage with hot stone tempered in and what a relaxing time.
Her touch is soothing and makes you drift away as she works her magic and calms oneself.
Highly recommended Masseuse at this spa.
Very happy with my hair for wedding – I came here to get my hair done for my wedding. In the past, I have never been happy with an "updo", so I was extremely nervous about my wedding day hair. Yolanda did my hair and I have never been so pleased. She styled my hair in a way that was flattering to my face and looked great from every angle. My wedding was in the afternoon and my hair stayed in place until the early morning. It takes a lot to make me happy with my hair and Yolanda exceeded my expectations.
Best. Massage. Ever – I recently went to Norris of Houston for a much needed massage. After having a horrible experience with a deep tissue massage years back at a New York Spa, I will admit I was a little anxious when I made another appointment with a masseuse.
Glow instantly extinguished my worries. The woman has magic hands, and knows her way around sore muscles.
I walked into Norris with knots like a pretzel, and left floating on a cloud.
Make an appointment with her-you owe it to yourself.
Glow - Exceptional health care provider & massage therapist – For about a year now, I’ve been having a weekly massage with Glow. During all this time she has been absolutely wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgable in her field and always studying how to become even better. She pays close attention to my physical activity and keeps tabs on every injury and problem spots. She takes a holistic approach and genuine interest towards my physical health, inquiring about my diet and sleep patterns to readily address any issues. I can’t think of a better way to end my work week.
Glow is a wonderful health care professional.
Best Massage I've ever had! – I was recently reffered to Glow from a friend who had seen her before. I was having some lower back pain and my friend said she was amazing so I went in. I've had a lot of massages in my lifetime and I would rank this one in the top rankings. She was very friendly, professional, and her knowledge of her field really impressed me. She has great hands and a really smooth yet effective technique. After my massage my lower back felt a lot better. She even sent me home with some stretches to keep me loose.
If you want a really good massage from someone that knows whats she's doing go see Glow!!
The worst & most OVERPRICED mani/pedi ever – Took my mother here for her birthday. We did a mother/daughter spa day, and left unsatisfied. The massage was mediocre, and the mani/pedis were probably the worst I've had in the 10+ years that I've been getting mani/pedis. Both my mother and I had chipped nail polish within the first 24 hours, and our cuticles were everywhere.
Complained to the manager about the poor service, and all she did was deny fault and tell me there was nothing she could do. She wouldn't even refund me the $30 tip we had left. Instead, she told me I needed to talk to the manicurist to get her to return the money -- awkward!
Overall, POOR quality & customer service for the steep prices you pay!
Massage Therapy – After hearing about getting a massage for years & seeing what appeared to be a wonderful experience on television, I tried it for the first time this week end. The service at Norris of Houston Salon & Day Spa was outstanding & the massage was relaxing & exuberating. The Massage Therapist "Glow" that gave me my massage; not only did she do a great job but she also gave very helpful information to continue having great health. I will be going back, and I would like to encourage all that can to go & enjoy your unforgettable experience. 2033 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056, and don't forget to ask for Glow!!
All it Takes is One – I had had good a experience for quite a while doing my highlights at Norris. But for some reason one day the hair stylist decided that I was part of the Adams Family and made me look like a blond Morticia. So I could no longer pay $240 for highlights.
Finally found my esthician at Norris!! – I'm Vilma's client from the previous spa she worked at. I was ecstatic to find her at Norris. She makes my skin feel clean, refreshed and rejuvinated. There aren't many estheticians that do thorough concise extractions. Sure, its not the most comfortable but the results are tremendous. My skin is oily and occasionally I get acne. She knows exactly what my skin needs because the very next day things have cleared and my skin appears flawless. I will follow Vilma anywhere!
