Everyday I drive by a beautiful billboard of Nazar's, the ring picture is just gorgeous, yesterday afternoon I was stuck in bad traffic close to the billboard so I called the number to ask the price of the ring, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful but could not tell me one price, instead she told me get out of the traffic turn right and come to Nazar's, and she really meant it, she went on saying the same ring came in different diamond sizes or they could set my own diamond in the ring.
The second I walked in the receptionist greeted me, she was very genuine, she introduced me to Alec who was very very helpful, he showed me a lot of rings and recommended similar styles in different showcases to fit my oval diamond, after moving from showcase to showcase I found the ring I couldn't live without. I never felt pressured to buy the ring, I loved it so much I sold myself, even I begged Alec to have my diamond put in the new ring.
I always dealt with big chain stores in the malls where it took weeks to get anything done, with Nazar's I liked the family atmosphere and the exceptional service, I love my new ring.
I was refered to Nazars, I love the family atmosphere at Nazar's, if I could afford jewelry for every occasion I would visit them every day, I deal with Ruby, I enjoy dealing with her she knows what I need and want, she is very helpful and knowledgeable, she finds the right jewelry for my budget. I love the jewelry she wears, I already have the same cross and bracelet like hers, now she is helping me chose a ring like hers for my budget.
I buy all my gifts at Nazar's too, they carry a lot of Lladro and Armani figurines, cute birthday and holliday gifts for my nieces and friends.
What an awful place to go and shop!!!! A few months back, my wife and I purchased a pair of earrings from this establishment. The store advertises a 3 day exchange policy. The earrings did not work out for my wife and she returned the earrings to the store for a store credit. Ever since that moment, every time we have visited the store, we have gotten the absolute worst of customer service there, specifically from the obnoxious lady behind the counter.
We have visited the store 2 or 3 times since that exchange and every time, the lady behind the counter shrugs us off as if she is doing us a favor by letting us browse for jewelry in her store. What she fails to realize is that with a store credit, the store OWES me the right to purchase a good from them. At this point, they have their jewelry back and they have my money. It isn't too much to ask to be allowed to get my money's worth from this store.
Fast forward....my wife visits the store hoping to find something she likes and to use her store credit. At first, the lady behind the counter doesn't realize that my wife has a store credit. As a result, she is pleasant. A salesman (who was very helpful by the way) helps my wife find something she likes. When my wife pulls out the store credit, the salesman goes to the lady behind the counter, and the lady behind the counter loudly tells the salesman to ask my wife if she is going to return these earrings too. WHAT A RUDE LADY!!!!!!!! How classless do you have to be to loudly say that to a customer. It's not like my wife has a history of returning things at this store. If you are going to be obnoxious, then why have a return policy??? My wife was extremely embarrassed leaving the store today. At least she got to spend the majority of her store credit. She still has some store credit left, so unfortunately we will have to pay this zoo one more visit.
In fairness, I should say that the hired sales staff at Nazar's is very pleasant. We have never had any complaints with the employees there. It is just the one lady behind the counter (I assume she is Mrs. Nazar). She is classless and extremely rude.
If you want decent customer service and to be treated with respect, visit one of the "fine" jewelry stores in the area such as Zadok's, I.W. Marks, Select Jewelers, etc. Don't pay a visit to this funny farm.
Beautiful jewelry store it is like a musem.
Great cutomer service
I just purchased the most beautiful diamond ring at Nazar's fine jewelry, I have shopped around and researched a lot, I can honestly say I know more about diamonds then most salespeople I found my diamond at Nazar's the salespeople here are very honest and knowledgeable also they have a a lot of rings to chose from, after the purchase they let me watch the jeweler work on the ring and size it which was very very interesting, I am very happy with the service, price and quality.
I had a great experience at Nazar's Fine Jewelry. Nareg was very patient and helpful, I had a complicated challenging ring design which I drew myself offcourse I went there just two weeks before my anniversary, Nareg helped me chose the diamond and promised to have the ring ready on time.
I was called to view the 3D cad design in just four days the whole process was very exiting.
I am very happy with the great service, workmanship and value I received at Nazar's
I am very happy with my purchase and my special experience.

I love shopping at Nazar's I feel welcomed every time, they treat me the same when I buy a high end diamond piece or 50 dollar pandora charm. I buy all my gifts there.
My wife dragged me to Nazars after seeing advertisements everywhere, the store is huge with lots of jewelry, the diamond necklace and earring set we are very happy with, my wife really enjoys them we had them appraised and appraised more than double. Beautiful jewelry store the owners and the salesman were very friendly, only no one could speak spanish with my wife better for me.
Great customer service.
I moved to Houston 6 months ago, I guess it is the humidity here, my beloved wife told me few days shy of my anniversary she needed her ring sized, since the center diamond is a family heirloom, I called my family jeweler in San Francisco for help, he gave me two choices either take it to Nazaret who owns Nazar's fine jewelry (he spoke very highly of him) or send it to California.
I went to Nazar's, it is the largest jewelry store I have ever been in, after he measured her finger, he offered if we wanted to watch the jeweler size the ring, it made my wife very happy.
I went there the next day and purchased a very beautiful pearl strand for my anniversary.
