Terrible service! They pretty much burn off all of your buttons on your shirts. I asked them to please check the shirts then replace the buttons but they never do. If I bring the shirt in and point it out they will replace the button and sometimes it matches. I was able to live with all of that until they RUINED my wife's new Ralph Lauren sweater after she wore it a total of 1 times. The sweater had horizontal brown lines that looked like burns all the way across it. They said they would fix it. When I picked it up the lines were worse and they didn't even say anything. They just left a little "sorry we couldn't get your stain out" card on the sweater. Luckily I checked it there and was furious. They told me to come back and check with the manager. It is now a full month later and the manager just happens to NEVER BE THERE. I call nearly every day and get the same story. Sorry he isn't here, I didn't forget about you though. All I want is the money we spent on the sweater so I can try to buy a new one. AVOID THIS PLACE. They have low prices for a reason.
Avoid "Best Cleaners" at All Cost! Worst Cleaners in TX! – Please avoid this cleaners at all cost! The location may be ideal for some but you will be sorry if you leave your clothes there for more than a day. Imagine going in to pick-up your clothing for a special event and every article of clothing smells like it had been deep fried. This is exactly what happen to my husband and I. When we went to retrieve our clothes from the so-called cleaners our clothes had the most disgusting odor on every piece of clothing that we left in Best Cleaner's care. I suspect that the food smell is being produced by the Ragin Cajun restaurant next door. When I lodged my complaint with "Marsha" she said okay,give the clothes back to be to clean. Why would I do that? Marsha, if you are not aware, you are in the business of cleaning garments and when a customer comes to retrieve their garments they should not smell like food! Furthermore, Marsha, how dare you ask a customer repeatedly why do you want your money back. Why? Because Best Cleaners cannot even perform its primary service-cleaning clothes! Best Cleaners is expensive, provides deplorable customer service and gives you the run-around when you want to talk to the owner! Best Cleaners, when you take a customers money you are obligated to and provide the good or service that you are advertising and if you cannot give the customer their money back. Period. This cleaners does not understand this concept so please spend your money and time elsewhere.

Thank you for allowing me to pay for you to ruin my BRAND NEW sweater. This is an $80 sweater, and I paid you well to tear a hole in it, and attempt to sew it with thread that does not match the sweater color.
Thank you for mis-ringing my credit card and charging me close to $250 for a dry cleaning order that you screwed up and ruined.
Thank you for not properly issuing the credit, so now I am having to file a dispute with my bank.
Thank you for the lack of customer service that I get when I go there, and it was very regularly, considering that all of my boyfriend's shirts are taken to you.
Thank you for reminding me how important good customer service is, and how easy it is to lose a good customer by not taking responsibility for your mistakes.

But finally, thank you for stealing my money and giving me a ruined sweater back.
TERRIBLE – I paid $8 to have a brand new dress pressed. When I picked up the dress, it was more wrinkled than when I brought it in, so I had to wait while they re-pressed it. After I got home, I realized that one of the detachable straps was missing. Took the dress back, they could not find the strap, and refused to do anything to compensate me, not even refund the $8 for ironing. The manager was incredibly rude. Easily the worst dry cleaners in all of Houston!
Poor Service!! Unapologetic! – Torn a large hole in my suit pants and did not apologize. 2nd time went in to do some tailoring on my pants and they destroyed the bottom of my pants with wringles. Again, did not apologize about the incident. This is probably worst customer service experience! Avoid Best Cleaners at all cost!
