I have been very satisfied with this store. I bought my Janome 9900 machine there last year and have been very happy with the price and customer service. I also enjoy, very much, the Janome club they have there. The people are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to the meetings once a month.
I was in search for an embroidery machine and they were very helpful and friendly in helping me find one! Thanks again! I can't wait to start using it!
I have been shopping for a starter machine for my daughter for several weeks. I've been in their store several times. Today, I bit the bullet and bought the Brother 1250D. I have had excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff every time I've been in! Can't wait to give my daughter her machine and take her to her two free starter lessons that the store gives with each machine purchase.
Took our old machine in and it was beyond repair. The sales associate, Sandy was very helpful in matching a new machine with my needs. I really liked that I received free classes to learn all the benefits of the machine, and the fact that I can buy supplies and accessories locally from a trustworthy source.
The people at this store have the BEST customer service possible. They are fair, honest and treat their customers like gold. They go out of their way to help and make thins as convenient as possible. Love their products and employees.
Cynthia and Paul were both extremely helpful as I researched what new sewing / embroidery combination machine to purchase. Their knowledge of the many features and potential down sides of the various machines was extraordinary. This is definitely a place I would recommend and will revisit often.
The staff is pretty helpful if you actually go into the store. When I would call I just got pieces of information to help that would only get me so far and then I would have to call again, talk with someone else and get a little more information. My biggest problem right now is with the machine I purchased two weeks ago for embroidery. I couldn't even use it for 5 days because I was not given the power cord!! I was under the impression that my machine was a floor model and that it had been overhauled to practically brand new. Well it has yet to embroidery anything for me without messing up. It doesn't stitch the whole design or it just stitches in the same places causing a hole in the material when you try to get the knot out. I have spent a lot of unnecessary money replacing ruined material. I will be going back to the store for the third time in really only a week of using the machine to see what can be done. Keep you posted.
Call me old fashioned if you want to, but I don't appreciate people texting when they are working and supposed to be helping the cutomers with their io.FULL attention. =(
I am always greeted by name. Service is done in a timely manner. Questions are always answered completely
Very helpful staff! They were very knowledgeable with the machines and only showed me machines that would meet my needs. I was able to spend lots of time using the machines and there was no high pressure sales. I got a good deal and am very happy with my purchase.
