great experience for my dream car! – I drove down from Austin to purchase my new car from John Eagle Honda and I am more than 100 percent happy with my decision. From start to finish they were not only professional, but informative, knowledgeable, and never gave me the run around. I contacted them via email about what I was looking for specifically and they got back in contact with me immediately with all the specifics I had inquired about. Though they did not have the car that I wanted in stock on their lot, they were able to locate it for me and also got me a phenomenal deal. I first started working with George Mouton on the internet and truly it was such a pleasant experience. This was the first new car I had ever purchased and he made it hassle free and nearly painless. He was up front and honest. Shortly after agreeing to purchase the car he got promoted and Rob Marshon took over helping me finish the deal. He was just as consideration and helpful. When I made my way down there to get the car both George and Rob were there to meet me and help me finish the process. My car was beautiful and I could not be happier with the car I got, the 2011 Honda Civic SI, and the dealership I got it from. I highly recommend visiting their dealership!!
Found the car I wanted – I've only owned used cars in the past, so when I started considering a new car purchase, I was a little hesitant. I met J-D on the floor, and he was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to a car I found featured on their site.
It only took a short test drive to know I found the car I wanted, and as everyone knows, that's the easy part.
Kept us informed – the General Manager called me and gave me the original deal. He showed me that John Eagle Honda does care about customer service and wants to ensure all customers are satisfied. He turned my not so pleasant experience to a good one. Chris was very helpful, courteous and kept us informed on when the car was due to arrive.
Went out of his way – I have worked with John Eagle Honda since I moved to Houston in 1988. They have always been courteous and went far beyond what I have experience with other dealers. Recently I had my car repaired and Richard went out of his way to make sure I had a car for my 90,000 mile service, even though I came in at the last minute). I find that the Richard and the service team are Very attentive and they often know me by name when I come in.
Excellent experience!! – I enjoyed coming to obtain service for my 2010 Honda Pilot. I was afforded an opportunity to speak with Mr Micah who arranged for me to have a loaner car and everything. I did not have to stop my plans because I needed to get some service. Thanks very much for the excellent experience !!
Everything was great and the updates from the online system were particularly helpful.
Like the quick oil change – like the quick oil chg on those visits when that is all that is required.
EXCELLENT – the work was excellent and I like the quality of the John Eagle facility. Much nicer than Service King by far.
