Not Responbile... – Yep. That’s right. Mr. Bubbles is Not Responsible. That’s what you will be told if, like me, the wash machine breaks your rear window wiper. I had been a customer of the Mr. Bubbles on 1960 East (Atascocita) for 2 ½ years. I buy the monthly unlimited wash package (everything except armour all). When I told the manger the machine broke my wiper, he just stared at me. Never looked at the broken wiper. Just had a staring contest with me until he broke and pointed to the sign that says “Not Responsible blah, blah, blah….” Using their logic, I could go around robbing people and have not fear of the repercussions if I just put up a sign! LOL Basically, if you use Mr. Bubbles enough, you will come to the same conclusion I did…They are Not a Responsible business!
Dented my truck! – My truck came off the track and the car behind me hit me. I have witness' plus an incident report favoring me and they still won't pay to fix it. Going to small claims court! Never go to any bubbles car wash. They will wreck your ride and not fix it.
Bubbles Car Uncarwash – Bubbles car wash on wallisville had problems with their pulley and my auto hit a truck that stalled. They were inconsiderate and I had two children in my car. They claim they are not libel. Will call me back on Jan 31 2011. This is a very cheap unprofessional car wash. If they damage your car they blame it on you. I will report back in 72 hours after I hear from corporate. The worst experience at a car wash I've ever had and they didn't even offer to refund my money. I'm reporting them to the BBB after Monday because I know they won't fix my car!
BEWARD OF BUBBLES CAR WASH WASHINGTON AVENUE – When I got home after driving through Bubbles December 23 that the hood chrome trim is gone off the front of my Mazda Tribute. Without this piece, the front end of my car looks HORRIBLE!
I drove back over there thinking it must have come off at Bubbles. Sure enough, after sorting through the dumpster, they presented me with a smashed up version of my chrome trim. At first I said this isn't it, its ruined mine was in perfect condition. They said it got run over by the cars following me in the car wash. I left then returned to Bubbles the next morning Dec. 24, asking to speak to the mgr. who was the same guy from the day before. I told them I'm laid off w/no job, look at my car now and they should cover the price of getting new chrome piece and installation. The Bubbles Manager on Washington Avenue told me this: the chrome had to be loose to fall off in their car wash and since the chrome was laying "outside" the actual car wash building, they weren't responsible. I wished him a merry christmas! Fact of the matter is, 2 guys using huge mops couldve loosened that chrome piece easily along with all the moving parts in the car wash. So now I've got a car that looks HORRIBLE...thanks Bubbles!
Never Going Back – I went to the one on Westheimer, next to IHOP.
When I drove up, I particularity asked to have the interior cleaned because of a recent trip to Galveston it was a bit sandy and also there were some coffee marks left in the cup holder. Also, my seats are a magnet for hair so they were a bit furry.
Anyway, the guy talked me into some "deal" for close to $50 so I'm assuming my car would be sparkling, inside and out. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! I waited 2 hours for my car!!! Luckily, I brought some good reading material and assumed that the lengthiness was due to a remarkable job.
I get to my car and open the door. Guess what?! They didn't even touch it. Everything I mentioned above still there! They didn't even vacuum it! C'mon. They didn't wipe the inside or anything. When I asked them about it they started to fix each thing I had pointed out. Oh, and to mention, the outside wasn't great either. I was able to scrape dirt off with my fingernail.
What I want to know is what the hell did I pay $50 for and waste 2 hours? I ended up taking the car home and cleaning it myself!!! From now on I will take it to the gas station, pay $6 for a wash and 75 cents for the vacuum and do it myself! For $6.75 and 30 min of my time it comes out better than Bubbles, that's what I did in the past and that's what I will do from now on. Don't waste you time or money.
Please Avoid - worst car wash in town (Westheimer @ about Bering or Chimney Rock) – Didn't get all the bird poo off the car. The windows were not wiped clear. The roof of my car still had dirt all over it. I think they just moved the dirt around and didn't really work to get the dirt off. Then the chumps want a tip. What is that all about? LAZY! I will never be returning. $26.37 for what I could have gotten with a hose and no scrubbing.

It doesn't get any better – Nobody washes cars like bubbles. They go above and beyond to clean your car to your satisfaction. Their staff is very helpful.
