Worst store ever. Never go here. – This store is horrible. I had a serious problem come up that needed attention, and two different managers were unhelpful to the point of being unbelievably rude. It is actually a very simple issue if someone would take the time, they just don't care enough to help me! All they care about is getting your money, good luck after the sale. I've been on the phone with them and in the store more times I can count over the past month trying to get this resolved and each time I am blown off. The managers avoid phone calls (I called and was told that the manager had just stepped out for his lunch break, and to call back in an hour, but then someone from the corporate office who was trying to assist me called about 5 minutes later and got him on the phone right away). It's not even that they knew who was calling and didn't want to talk to the crazy angry guy anymore, which I would almost understand because believe me, I am calling a lot! But no, they had no idea and just couldn't be bothered to talk to customers. IT IS YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS! If you don't want to take calls you are in the wrong line of work. I would never ever, ever shop here again.

Conn's 5505 W. Loop S - avoid this store – I stopped in this Conn's location to purchase a refrigerator. The sale was quick and efficient. However, when the 'item was delivered it was flawed. I didn't know this because the delivery man called me early to make the delivery and sped through it providing me no time to really look - nor did he advise me that as far as Conn's was concerned, whatever problems the refrigerator had would be my total responsibility once he walked out the door. In less than 48 hours after delivery I visited my sales rep at the W. Loop S. location. Both he and the manager assured me the problem would be addressed. It has not been addressed. After waiting around for a service tech to "evaluate it" four days later I was promptly told after his inspection that Conn's would contact Frigidaire - and that the problem was between me and Frigidaire. I wonder why I every walked into Conn's - I should have bought the item online. I know Conn's is trying to full a fast one on me. I will never visit their store again. They lack integrity.
