I also paid money for my son's baseball photos and they had already taken the photos before we arrived, so he was not in the photos. Some other teammates were sick and one of our coaches said that the photographer would be retaking the photos. That never happened and now I am out the money. A few weeks ago, I called for a refund and the rep told me that the pictures would not be retaken and she asked for my address for the refund and would look into it. I never have received that refund and I just contacted them again. I am really unhappy with the service I received.
Very nice staff and very orgainized – This company has there stuff together. They set up very fast. The staff is very respectful and they come here get there stuff done and leave. There is never a long line to take the pictures they are very fast! The whole team of workers is very orgainzed! I love William and Mary Photography
Paid and didn't get merchandise, no return calls – I paid $50.00 dollars to William & Mary Photography for a CD and a plaque with my son's soccer picture on it. I received the CD, but no plaque. I called the company approximately one month ago and spoke with someone who said she would look into it. I gave her my address when she asked because I thought she would go ahead and send it. I called again about a month later (because no plaque had arrived) and left a message asking someone to please call me back regarding this issue. I left all of my information on the recording (the recording asks that you do so). I did not receive a call back. I called twice the following day and the first time I got the answering machine. I left all of my information again. I called again an hour later and spoke with a female. She sounds like the person I talked to a month ago but she claims she doesn't handle this area. She said she would have to look into it. I gave her all of my information again. I asked if someone would please call me back and let me know what they found out. She wouldn?t really commit to doing this and said they were really busy. I told her I was frustrated because I was missing half of my order. She said that whenever they fill an order they always check it off and make sure everything is complete before they send it. I got the feeling that she was implying that I would not be getting my plaque because she felt the company had sent it. She also said the item may have been 'lost in the mail.' I did email the soccer organization and told them I felt they needed to use a different photographer in the future because of the problems I have had.
No follow-up – I am upset with photo follow up. I called and received a call back . I explained that my daughters photos read BASEBALL even though she plays SOFTBALL. My daughter who is 10 regognized the error 1st thing. I ordered a $52 package. She is so proud to be playing SOFTBALL but, is sad that she has to give out BASEBALL pictures. The woman told me she would see about reprinting the pictures and never called back. I have made several phone calls with no response. I feel if SOFTBALL layout was not available the parents should have been made aware. I surely wouldn't have bought such a large package.
Poor follow-up, "runaround" – This company handles many sports league photos around the area. If you have an incorrect order, you will get vague answers from the company, no follow-up and no assurance of any correction being made. I requested the name and phone number of the owner, and the digital photo company they contract with ( my issue was a name misspelling on a digital print), and was refused both. I requested a phone call from the owner or manager, and nobody has called. 4 phone calls, no resolution.
